Oh No Worries Kenjbkent - I can help you with that.
What LKB actually said - and it is a simple "misquote" - what she said was..
The Defense is going to Bomb in court today....:floorlaugh::great::floorlaugh:
I STILL want to know how the defense team came into possession of GA's medical records with current HIPPA Laws....
or does this mean that George ALLOWED Baez access to them??? :waitasec:
I don't know how to quote a message from another thread to bring it here, so I copy and pasted what I thought was a good question:

Ok... so IF they can bring in this witness... who can talk about how people act
when dealing with grief... and as the Judge said... grief does "not usually set in
until a body has been found"... would this then allow the tape of her reaction
when Caylee had been found?
I wonder if George turned them over BEFORE he realized he was being thrown under the bus? I can't imagine why he would do that all, though. Not smart on his part if he let them have his medical records. What was he thinking?
They are trying to use this witness to say that something other than what the State is claiming happened. They can't put Casey on the stand. So instead they want this witness to testify that from June 16th on Casey was in a state of grief. I'm sure is since she is paid these large fees for public appearances, she is a dynamic speaker. And the DT needs that. But, they still have to lay a foundation and they can't without Casey. The state will tear her credibility up in deposition.
I am a funeral professional and probably have more years of experience than this speaker. I can't wait to hear her story. :innocent:
Just found this- Sally Karioth: YouTube - ‪TEDxFSU - Sally Karioth - Compassion Energy as a Way to Find Joy in What You Do‬‏
I think she's adorable.

So the defense changed their strategy from PTSD to a different way to grieve? :maddening:
How was the Defense able to obtain George's medical records? Aren't there privacy laws surrounding such things, even in a sunshine state?
He isn't on trial. Why would Casey or her defense be allowed to get them?

Hmmm, good thinking, I am not sure you can subpoena the records since GA is not the one charged with any crimes.
But didn't HHJP threaten to "work them all day Saturday"???? I really wish he would follow through with his threats.
Does this mean WE get to see his records?
