ICA - giggly - asks guards to turn volume down.

CA - are you okay?

ICA - just talked to Lee. Asking about t-shirt. Wants to see back.

CA - Never lose hope foundation. The whole US is looking for Caylee. She's going to be on People Magazine. Everybody is looking for her. Are we going to be able to find her?

ICA - I hope we can mom.

CA asks ICA to look up so she can look in her eyes. You know I have to do that. It's okay to cry. I have to ask you a couple of questions. Is ZG apartment the ones with the drums?

ICA - No that's Ricardo's apartment - set up similar to ZG's.

CA - I can't get into your...

ICA - I gave Lee all passwords.

CA - I want the videos to show Caylee's personality. Please look up so that I can see your eyes.

ICA - I can't look at you and look at the camera.

CA - you don't have to look at the camera. Do you think Zanny is acting alone or has help.

ICA - I have nothing to go off of at the moment. I don't know. JB and I go over this every time we talk. Things that Lee told me I'm extremely upset about. I got 2 letters that were sent directly to the jail.

(ICA's demeanor while watching this video seems a lot harder than when she was watching Lee's)

ICA asking about lady at the airport who thought she saw Caylee.

CA says OSCO is investigating.

CA wants people outside of OSCO looking into this stuff.

CA - is Charlotte a potential place to look?

ICA - possibly. Definitely Miami and New York. ZG's mother's name is Gloria, about 55.

I'm so far behind on the board, but I just noticed this. LA seems to be asking KC where evidence of something is, so he can cover it up, not where clues to Caylee are. Anybody else think this? Sorry if I missed it if it came up already.

She had them all believing that she had clues to where Caylee was but she couldn't tell them because the family would get hurt!
He's not asking where evidence is, he is trying to get out of her what she knows, because they believe that she knows something. jmo

I think she's saying she hasn't said anything bad about her parents or that she hasn't said anything to doctors against attorney advice to keep quiet.

But, she ignores the statement: "We forgive whatever you might have done."

For those like myself who are ignorant on this matter...what is a curative motion?

He's asking for a instruction to the jury to not consider certain things on these tapes. Which I think would be a good thing to do. I imagine HHJP will provide a jury instruction regarding these videos.

FWIW, I think it's because she is looking into her mother's eyes on the MONITOR...this happens when I skype with my nieces. We want to look at each other on the monitor, not at the camera...then you cant really see who you are talking to except for out of your periphery

ICA was prepared to continue the lie until her mother mentioned she KNEW whose apt it was.
