Casey wants to know if they know mike walker...first person to come and see her and tell her she has friends on the outside and a bunch of people from high school were behind me.

Isn't it great there are friends for Casey who want to keep her spirits up? Casey does, she appreciates it and told Lee to let him know. Especially since she had not spoken to him since high school.
