HHBP says tapes have been out since the beginning of time. Thought JB's problem was with opinions by A's regarding JB.

JB - not just that, but statements.

HHBP says there is no agreement now. Not going to go back and forth at this time. Dicker with language some more. If not he'll craft something over lunch.

Jury coming back.

No way did this man know that baby drowned and helped cover it up. There is no way Jose even watched these tapes. It's unbelievable how incompetant he is at his job.

JoJo said, in his own testimony, that he did not take Caylee to swim without CA or ICA. I would like to know why not?

Question - how do you cross examine a video tape? I know the reasons for this being brought in, but there's no way the defense can even question it (without bringing ICA to the stand).

I was on a jury once - quite simple really. The guy admitted to the crime on tape to his dad (he didn't know he was being taped), and there was no disputing it. But the perp got on the stand and gave some flippant excuse about lying to protect someone.

So what does Jose do with this? Can he do anything?

LDB: it should read "related to opinions" things including what is being said about her lawyer can be heard by the jury.

JB: I argue relvance, these statements are said in a vacuum, none of it is relevant and it is highly predjudical...

HHJP: these tapes have been out there a long time. (Judge is reading stipulation) I thought the gist of what you had a problem with was the "quote opinions being expressed about you by the Anthonys"
