But there's the problem of the picture on RM's computer at around the same time. KC may have been curious about chloroform from seeing that on RM's computer. Just say'n.

Just curious doesn't explain how her car trunk was saturated in it....

But there's the problem of the picture on RM's computer at around the same time. KC may have been curious about chloroform from seeing that on RM's computer. Just say'n.

she would have spelled it correctly then, just like it is in the picture.

she spelled it "chloraform"

...

You may have missed this (I did) but Adam Longo did not... When Bradley came into courtroom he bowed at Judge Perry. Yes bowed - well...

I like him even more!

So cute, and doing a great job with being clear about what is being described.

Someone asked about JB not objecting to anything, there is nothing to object to, this is all data, all fact. He tried at first for relevance and JP denied as LDB said it will lead up to something later.

Whoa - Did you see the looks on JB and his client's face when witness said "neck breaking"? JB suddenly needed to pop his neck...and ICA's eyes were bigger than I have ever seen them get, during this trial.

KC looks shell shocked listening to this testimony. She understands all of it, imo.

OMG. One split second after the witness said she looked up ' Neck Breaking' Baez did a funny, weird neck movement, like he moved his head fully from left to right, as one would if they were shaking off a statement such as that. I cannot explain it but we have to look back at it later, imo.

According to this experts computer forensic someone made 84 visits to chloroform websites on 3/21/08 on a computer #caseyanthony used #fox35

WOW..84 visits to chloroform websites on the same day...84 on the same day!!!!!!!
The only website may have visited that often is WEBSLEUTHS :innocent:

What time was it, was Casey even there? Can the defense put her somewhere else, these are the weak points in the prosecution case IMO.

Besides the obvious- these searches were done interspersed with Myspace and facebook checks, which her parenst did not use, the SA will introduce that it had to be ICA- they said so and cited cell activity and pings to show this in their opening statements and the SA is NOT the type to make unprovable statements in their OS.

last night i was watching CNN and at midnight when Nancy Grace came on I blurted out "Bombshell" and woke my wife up...she was not laughing like I was.

I can see it again tonight..."Bombshell...tot mom CA looks up how to make chloroform"...my poor wife. haha

HHJP: you may continue

LDB: entry number 502 perhaps 502 503 504 505

appear to be auto generated URLs to the history

LDB: 506- 510 same?

yes

LDB: 511 what activity is showing with this entry?

this appears to be a facebook.com URL ending in ? it appears to be an item accessed by a hyper link perhaps saved as a book mark

LDB: user activity?

yes

LDB: eight?

number of times visited.

LDB: since?

in so far as the contents of the file from that URL the number of times it is visited is eight. basically a counter.

LDB: display 512.

this appears to be some type of auto generated item and I can't explain what it refers to except the word "view" and the letters "nsm" right here. Again because the syntax or the difficult construct of the item I believe it is auto generated.

LDB: (?) auto generated as well?

these two yes, these two yes. this one here...

LDB: 515

hyper link or auto I can't say for sure. To further that I see the words "message" and a token value...submitted as a cookie value but I can't be sure.

LDB: 517- 519 Can you tell if auto sig in the URL?

this one here, yes. this one here I am not sure.

LDB: the one that has the myspace info?

yes that is correct. I see of interest here an index. a default page at the myspace profile. view profile and a token ID. something the viewer selected and that is why the URL

LDB: 520 thru end of page. any thing different?

this one here is slightly different 520. it says myspace profile index, friend ID. it appears to be a auto gen option based on cookie on page.

LDB: 522 - 525. 522 starts on page ahead. is that auto generated? 522 is the bottom half but it appears to start with...so if we go to 523 what can you tell us

appears to be an option to select to view an album with a friend ID, that supports the first part. intermixed with rest of history...the visited count is greater than one.

LDB: 524?

again I don't know exactly what this URL is but is auto generated

LDB: 525

URL generated when someone visits a ID URL on myspace...might be cookie or book mark

LDB: user activity?

yes

LDB: 526-end of page user or system?

these four items here all occurred at the same time and I believe this item here is where it started and the rest in a synronous response...part of history and this one here says cashe "class mates on line" some type of inserted item.

LDB: view more pics reference?

531 has a account of "3" possible user action.

LDB: 545-550 if that can be displayed is this on facebook.com

yes

LDB: user generated activity?

yes it appears to be that

LDB: 166 in evidence which is(pause)March 21st of 2008. the info at the top the same as explained on the other report.

yes the colums are the same

LDB: display everything from number one through seven. 3-21-08 give us some indication what is happening.

ending in 13 seconds. these three items here have the same time stamp. these are auto inserted here. google chrome here

LDB: this is a different date: 3-21 is there a google search?

not here but because I don't know the computer it could be a book mark

LDB: user generated?

yes

LDB: what is that entry?

this is www.sci-spot//chemistry. chlorform.htm

LDB: the cashe back program, live?

if the person using the software you can click and it will submit that as request and if it exists on internet it will be in browser.

LDB: will it looks today or the way it looked on march 21 2008

whatever it is today, possible some content is static, unchanged. news would be different.

LDB: entry index 5 though 7 what are those?

5 -7?

LDB: lets start with five

these time stamps are the same (as six) and looking at the URL spelled the search term is ampersand for "how to make chloroform" spelled with an "a" and the next item is similar but not the same with chloroform how to make spelled correctly. it suggests item number five was a request to google and it offered the suggested spelling to its quiry.

LDB: the user had google search up typed "how to make chloroform" and hit search

yes

LDB: number seven then? how generated by user?

again going back to number three, a different date I believe some of these items might have been bookmarked. (BOOKMARKED!~)

LDB: 8-9 10 11 12 system generated?

yes

LDB: 9, how does this end up in the history?

this appears to be a result for chloroform.

LDB: if we could display number 15? the entry on 3 21 08 http://www.instructables.com with other info including making weapons making house products how end up?

selected from search results

LDB: by user not automatically by system?

correct

LDB: 21 22 23. do you see?

yes

LDB: same time stamp?

yes

LDB: how get in history?

may I see the item that follows that?

LDB: certainly. get him to the bottom

these three items have the same time stamp. this is the search result that was selected with the URL coding. in fulfilling the request a java script item was called as well as another one here.

LDB: next entries displayed. item 28 how does that end up in the history?

something that was selected or book marked. based on the chronology I suspect it is a book mark could have typed as well.

LDB: after that?

items 23-30?

LDB: yes

I can't explain exactly how this item here returned only because I am not familiar what cboxwws is, however the 2 tends to indicate a secondary server and the next item being a different time stamp is possibly something selected again to the two preceeding URLs.

(I wonder if anyone cares if casey gets the dp right now?)

LDB: 45?

google search "neck breaking" the syntax the "HL" key word has "en" for english. no suffix to suggest a spelling. genuine search

LDB: wiki? is that related?

I can't say that it is.

LDB: how does 47 end up?

a saved book mark. or it was manually typed in.

LDB: activity by user

yes

LDB: 49 user?

yes. a token was submitted by system, recognized by system.

LDB: entry 55. what is represented?

the URL here is from facebook.com it can be looked at as a path that went to a inbox and the request was read message and info that followed based on syntax the "t" follows the question mark and the rest of the numbers that is consistant with a profile but also a transaction. a user generated item possibly a cookie or book mark.

LDB: as we move past 3 21 08 if I may approach with the remainder of the report

HHJP: you may

But there's the problem of the picture on RM's computer at around the same time. KC may have been curious about chloroform from seeing that on RM's computer. Just say'n.

Shoot, seeing that picture may have given KC the idea.

Do you know when that chloroform picture was first put on myspace where she could see it? Was it around the date of this search?

Good point! I hope the contents were not damaged after Lee was talking about that blue screen of death on her laptop. But I am sure they can.

I hope so because when that happened to me I took it to a computer dude and he said my hard drive was gone.

What time was it, was Casey even there? Can the defense put her somewhere else, these are the weak points in the prosecution case IMO.

Yes, the prosecution can put her alone in the home during the searches.

From a tweet

One juror is playing with his watch band

That's called 'tuned out' folks

Maybe if we're patient, LDB will bring this all together in a way that will make everyone happy. I am willing to give her that chance. She has done a great job for Caylee so far.

I agree! Many of us have been waiting 3 years for this trial, I for one can wait a few more weeks.

It is amazing to me that for as much time as ICA spent on her computer (or rather, her parents' computer) she did not know that this information could/would be retrieved during a police investigation.

She lied to investigators thinking that she could convince them through her lies to just accept her word about what had happened to little Caylee; then she deleted all of these files and entries from the computer thinking that no one would ever know that she had done these inciriminating searches.

After all, the investigators should have believed in all her lies and misdirection about where Caylee was and with whom, so why would they possibly have needed HER computer?

Her goose is cooked; stick a fork in her; she's done.

Also--my gut feeling is that Lee Anthony deleted a bunch of files from her (mother's) laptop after he picked it up at TonyL's apt. I think that is what was meant by the mysterious comment "Lee knows what he has done." It also explains the blue screen of death that appeared so curiously, especially after ICA had just been working on that laptop prior to Amy and Cindy arriving at TonyL's.
