After seeing the Discovery in relation to GA's attempts to get hired, and his "lies" on the application forms, and in his emails to Andrews Int'l, one lie which was that he wanted his start date delayed because of some medical tests that his wife had just received, I have no doubts. Casey learned from GA.

My curiousity is more along the lines of when she first started stealing. I was taught they go hand in hand. These parents both turned a blind eye to her theivery....why?

Casey did a great job at keeping them split and sparring with each other. That deflected them...but didn't they ever wake up and smell the coffee?...come on now. :banghead:

Unbelievable. WTH is wrong with people? If this happens a second time I hope they choose to no longer allow johnqpublic to sit in the court room. This type of behavior is uncalled for.

That was sick!! It reminds me of the many NFL football games we went to at Raymond James Stadium (Go Tampa Bay!!). What is wrong with people?? This is the murder trial of a two-year-old baby!! Not a tailgating party! Not a pep rally! There's no Bud Light at the beginning of that line!

Poor Caylee!! These people better straighten up and behave in that courtroom! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Those two young girls looked like they were in their teens. I am all for our youth becoming involved in our judicial process, but when they are screaming at officers like that... :maddening: My niece (17) would have had her butt handed to her!

I was watching Bill O'Reilly last night on fox and he was asking his two female lawyers if they thought kids should be watching this trial. They said as long as they are 12 and older. Bill went on to say that they should watch just so that they can see and no evil. He says she is guilty and the most evil person he has seen in a long time, and he never covers these type of trials. He is doing it for Caylee. Bless Caylees little heart if she only knew how many peoples hearts she has touched in her short life.

I would bet she sleeps like a baby...she has no remorse..although she may be up worried about her own bootie.

Dr G testimony may be interesting as I understand that Cheney and the doc had some tense moments in the depo.

I would bet that she had a miserable sleep. Not because she's disturbed by the pics, or thinking of Caylee, but because I think this is a girl who cares VERY much what people think of her. We all had to view her handiwork yesterday...I think she knows that we know she dumped that child's body there and left her to rot. I think THAT bugs the hell out of ICA. How everyone is now viewing her.

At first he was fascinating, but once the circus ended at Blanchard park, the more I saw him and the more "facts" he came up with and the more outrageous the theories he passes off as fact I realized he is what so many thought he was. A big blowhard.

A writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificadum just means they transferred her to testify in this trial. A subpoena was ordered by Orange County to transfer her to come back to testify. When going from one prison to another you are rebooked. Just as Casey was booked into Pinnelas County while being held there for jury selection.

i have carpel tunnel bad from life as it is..but clicking on the arrow button and the thanks button.....dang.. i can hardly wipe my babys butt today...lol

I blamed my pain on carpel tunnel and bad shoes.So did my doctor! Turns out I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and now have significant erosion of bones in my hands,wrists and feet!

Good morning all ~ I'm just having tea this morning, my stomach's upset this a.m., I don't know if it's because of this case, or something else. I do know that I dreamed about all this last night, which hardly made for restful slumber.
I did tune in to Nancy Grace last night - all pics of Caylee's skull were pixilated, the only pics that weren't were of the bags the remains were found in and the area around which the remains were found. The only thing that occurred to me is that the bag almost looked like it had been wedged under that log to prevent it from being seen...and there is no way it had been moved given the level of debris around it. Poor baby girl.

Something I was pondering last night (the documentary hubby put in was BORING!)...where did ICA's lying come from? I mean, initially. It had to start some where. Kids learn things from their environment...so who's the liar she learned this behaviour from? CA strikes me as bossy and overbearing, but not a liar. GA, on the other hand...very theatrical (finger family?). Made me wonder if GA has a propensity to lie, and maybe she picked that trait up from him, and then just carried it to a bizarre extreme.

Of course, I don't know GA, so it's probably not fair for me to jump to that conclusion. Maybe lying was just something she tried as a child, saw she wasn't called on it, and just kept pushing and pushing.

Hard to say. But I DO wonder.

I caught a clip of Dr. Drew...he said GA's sister called into his show and told him that GA is also allegedly a liar and wondered if lying was genetic...LMAO...not genetic but I believe might have been mimicked...I can't find the clip...also blames her lying on egregious parenting...JMHO

Good morning everyone! Yesterday was quite a good day for the State, and I could see that Casey was surprised by the State's move to avoid the RK distraction that the defense had counted on creating. Like HHJP once said, "it's how you play the cards."

Casey's actions yesterday looked like some really bad acting, IMO. And, what is up with this entry on the Clerk of Courts records? Is this a request that no witness use the name "defendant" or the name "Casey Anthony?"

Perzactly! And she has just delayed the jurors getting home with their families and their lives....it is all about her. She should have thought about this a long long time ago.IMO
