It is very frustrating and annoying to watch ICA with her feigned behavior during this testimony.

Somehow she only pulls her "thinker" pose when they're talking about the crime scene. Not the trunk, not the decomp, not the garbage bags - just the crime scene and bones.

KC back to Thinker Pose

She literally "assumes the pose" as soon as she hears that crime scene photos will be shown. I have never seen another defendant make such a show of not looking. It's like she is telegraphing "look at me NOT looking". KWIM?

Ha! Take that defense, the machete and sheath are issued to employees of OCSO.

I was arguing that very thing with a new poster the other night who thought these items were hinky.
Seemed easy to me to assume they were for brush clearing.

George and Cindy just returned to courtroom.

HLN is all commercials,,,I am missing all of todays trial.

Really confused as to where this testimony is going...

are we perhaps going into more about the bone that was covered in silt and partially "buried" beneath it near the root area?

Really confused as to where this testimony is going...

Cheney Mason was questioning another crime scene investigator, trying to imply since he (the witness at the time) did not know the machete was there until later reviewing photographs and did not recognize it as his own, no one put those two items in the photograph there and they didn't know where it came from. Trying to introduce doubt, conspiracy theories, crime scene tampering etc.

LDB just cleared up with JW that OCSO employees are issued these machetes. It belonged to someone working the crime scene to cut back overgrowth.

Uh oh GA and CA came back just in time for a bone picture.

Why does the talk of palmetto trunks have Casey taking the "thinker pose" again? She was animated and chuckling during the decomposing body testimony?

I really hope the jury is noticing the defendant's inappropriate emotional responses.

IMO, the jury is not fooled by ICA"s thinker pose - assumed only during certain testimony - especially when there's smiles and chatting in between.
