These HLN shows are pre-recorded. In what order, I haven't a clue but I think this is the problem you see. I have never heard Mark flip flop on anything. And if he does in the future, well I will find me a new piece of eye candy and totally swear off HLN.

It's 3 years to the day since Cindy last saw Caylee. Tomorrow is 3 years to the day when Caylee was killed and George last saw her.
Grrrrrrr, I cannot get this app to show video's on my iPhone4 or iPad.

Sorry...but never was a fan of David Smith. Never found him sympathetic. He cheated on his wife and left her with two small kids and left her flailing to find another man (a big deal in the South). I am certainly not excusing what she did...never...just never found her husband as deserving any sympathy.

I seem to recall reading, in the last few days, that you can buy these from Orange county after the trial is over. Something about having to go in person, not online. Can't remember where I read it, but I would certainly love to have them!!
OMG! LKB cannot be serious. And I am sick and tired of her and Andrea Lyons always prefacing their statements with "I'm not on the inside." Well, you and Andrea Lyon need to fade into the background and stay there since you're not on the inside.

LKB is not on the Defense team, she can say or defense can say that she is a consultant but didn't she give notice to court that she was leaving the case? - I think someone should sue her for slander, anyone, or one of those "cease thingy's" that GA and CA filed on LP

I think all Cable news shows book guests and tape the shows in some order.. I watch Redeye on FXNWS some nights and they may have the same guest on at 3AM and 9AM and 6PM I am certain that guest doesn't hang around the entire 24 hr news day. Some are live of course like trial coverage and morning shows. Some guests might even do CNN HLN FXNWS PMSNBC in the same day... Who in their right mind would have LKB around ALL DAY?
I have a G3 iphone, and I downloaded skyfire. Went to skyfire, and put in WDBO. I can watch live stream that way. Hope this helps!

Yikes. I didn't follow that case closely so I didn't know David cheated on her. When you say left her with two small kids, are you saying he left and never had anything to do with his kids after he left Susan? In any case, I have a ton of sympathy for him. His wife murdered his babies.

I don't know if somebody posted this yet - we could have 100 pages on what is wrong with these shows. But NG has been at this longer than most and it really irritates me.
#1 - she said more than once that Caylee was put in three black plastic bags (no, two black plastic bags and one canvas laundry bag)
#2 - she keeps going on and on about that dorky syringe having chloroform in it - which was very neatly put to rest as irrelevant months and months ago by WS'ers who realized it had trace amounts that were practically the level of drinking water (and in FL they actually put alum in the water to hide the smell of high levels of chlorine which were almost swimming-pool strength where I lived).
#3 - I think it's safe to say from the transcript of HHJP's words today that he was not implying Caylee had been placed in those bags alive. The aggravators he referred to were the chloroform and the duct tape and he was reiterating Dr. G's statement that the bags indicate homicide and not accidental death. The NEXT part of the paragraph dealt with ICA's statements about Caylee being alive while the defense now claims she knew she was not. Is it me, or is there some kind of comprehension problem going on with her team? If Caylee had been bagged while still alive, then where did the decomp stain in the car, in the shape of a child in a fetal position come from? Where would the decomp fluid have come from to create the stain? Yikes. I can't watch this channel any more - I just don't have enough masochistic tendencies or something.

They were crying because it's a another reality check - she is going to either spend her entire life in jail or she's going to be put to death. If it were me - the reality of everything and realization of what your child is capable of would make me cry too.

Sorry....but I find this hilarious! And maddening! Susan Smith killed David's babies because she's a psycho, selfish <unusual person>...had nothing to do with David or being "southern". :banghead:

Does the dt have to list ica as a potential witness taking the stand if they are going to have her take the stand (because she is adamant to do so) or can that be requested on a whim and allowed if agreed by all parties? I posted my inquiry for our legal eagles on WS but haven't heard a response yet and I am anxious to know!

Sorry, I'll muster up some sympathy for them when and if they act like Caylee is the victim instead of ICA. CA and her "I love you" to ICA yesterday was the last straw for me. :sick:
According to Ashleigh Banfield (former TRU TV host/current ABC reporter/HLN talking head), this new witness has had "all sorts" of contact with George Anthony. Really, Ashleigh? 4 alleged phone calls is "all sorts" of contact?
