I want the stickers to be allowed in. This case really is a culmination of circumstantial evidence. None of the pieces actually make the case, but when you put it all together, it makes sense. No other logical conclusion than Casey murdered Caylee, imo.

Not quite in those terms, but the judge also said if they were not going to present a defense he would tell the jury at that time but JB has told the judge repeatedly there would be a defense.

They can't just bait and switch, at least I don't think they can.
