Now that I've caught my breath, I believe you are correct. This guy is probably watching the coverage (if possible) and decided to insert himself in the case like others have done.

GA couldn't possibly be that stupid if he was trying to cover up an accident right?
 
It is an attempt for reasonable doubt. I believe the state will require a deposition of this witness. If you are in jail you will do anything to find a way out. Let's just say at the present time I believe this is a defense trick.
 
Someone has some serious splaining to do...now let's see. The defense says she died in an accidental drowning with George involved. Now George contacted a convicted kidnapper. Hmmm...backpeddling on the accidental drowning? I think the DT is making things up as they go along, just like KC did, lol.

This bothers me to NO end!
I haven't seen anything here that was offensive... just posters pointing out how cute Judge Perry& Dr. Vass are when they say certain things.. and I agree.. they're adorable ♥ But I also agree there's no value in reposting it over and over and over. We're all aware of it... let's move on.

Someone actually went as far as making a Twitter account under Dr. Vass's name (they did Yuri Melich too) and they're posting as if they were Dr. Vass and actually posting phonetically like -"I used a twipple-sorbent twap"
Which had me so mad I wanted to break my computer. I tried reporting it to twitter, but they won't act until the person being impersonated themselves contacts them. :banghead:

Yes, in the same world where GA was molesting ICA and wrapped Caylee in duct tape after finding her drowned.

Something tells me we would have heard of this longggg ago if it were true. MOO.
 
How in the world would GA know about this guy anyway? We are in for a ride for sure. Are we sure this guy is still in jail?
 
I sure do hope the DT have already spoken with the Thompson person and not just blindly going on his word, this could prove very expensive for nothing, and more embarrassing than, well, just add embarrassment. Wonder what HHJP thinks of it. Wonder when the State is going to depose him?
 
I had to share this...

My four 1/2 year old daughter just said, "So Casey Anthony said someone else killed her daughter but really she did it! She shouldn't have killed her daughter. All she had to do was tell her mama that she didn't want to be a mommy anymore and her mom could have taken care of little Caylee."

I hate that she knows about this case, but being wrapped up in it since she was two, it's unavoidable. I've never had a conversation with her directly about it, she put that all together on her own!

I Wuv you Grandmaj! We have a lot of different developmental issues and a very bright,grown nephew with that which can't be named,so it's never a big deal to me,personally,but WS has high standards and that's why we :rocker:
 
Contacted HOW is what I'd like to know.
If the guy's in jail.. it would have to be by a letter... not?

I agree. Pulease. They just find this out now? Really? Sorry, but I'm calling BS. Seems like "trial-by-ambush", and we all know that CJBP does not tolerate that. :gavel:

ETA: Coming from WESH? Really? I don't have very much faith in their reporting. Remember how JB got fired? 'Nuff said.

I bet your daughter would totally mess up CM or JB on cross if she were a witness. She's clearly more coherent and full of common sense than the DT is.
 
Just Bumping this...any thoughts now that DT is suggesting GA called a felon.

Was it her/their intention for Caylee to never be found or did she/they indeed enlist the help of RK to "discover" the remains after most of the evidence was destroyed by the elements but would still appear as a murder by Zanny and Company?

If Daddy (GA) did help her out of this jam...it would seem more likey and in light of this new witness, that it was after the fact when he felt it was the only way to keep ICA from the DP. It would seem that she may have said something to make GA feel sympathy for her...like Caylee accidently drowned or suffocated in the hot car and that ICA didn't know what to do and now (by then) it was too late...no one would believe it was an accident. I can't see GA going along with it from minute, even day one or two, if he honestly believed it was an accident.
