The FBI was requested to perform DNA patterns on ALL of the ANTHONY family @ Hopespring Dr. then those results can be utilized to R/O these folks if Caylee had been found sooner with incriminating "stuff" around her.

PATERNITY TESTS are quite simply defined as a comparison of the DNA patterns of 3 individuals:

The KNOWN mother/female, the KNOWN child and the UNKNOWN male.


The differing results at each loci of the female are charted, the results of the child are charted and the loci results of the unknown male are "matched" against the child.

Example: loci 1 X, Z X,H Y,H

loci 2 F,G G,G I,G


SO the child above is the child of the female and male.


Example loci 1 X,Z X, H Z, Y

loci 2 F,G G, G A, B

This child is NOT the result of the mating of the female & male above.

I was really disappointed when I heard Judge Eaton, too. Geez! Luckily I knew I could come here and WSer's would make me feel better. A little sanity. And previously I thought he had some good points. He was just depressing today.:banghead:

Well, who else would they test? Jesse had that done previously, so he was already out. All of the other "known" lovers, well, uh, the Labs can't just run tests on everyone, the "known" ones are after the fact. Only KC knows, if she knows.

my opinion of where the DT is going with this is (and don't throw things at me y'all) that Caylee drown in the pool, because of the abuse ICA didn't know who the father was but she believed it was GA or LA and GA thought he was the father, so they panicked out of shame of the truth coming out (or GA panicked at the thought of the truth coming out) so HE said they'd make like it was a kidnapping(taping that poor baby like that?). They had a few hours to come up with the lies they'd tell, then he told ICA to go and act like everything was normal, which she did wonderfully. He said he'd take care of Caylee's remains..... but then with his extra set of keys went to where he knew she'd be and in placed the remains in the trunk. Then when she noticed the smell and eventually looked - she freaked out and just left the car saying she was out of gas. Then of course diabolical GA went and removed Caylee from the trunk and Casey didn't know where he put it.

That is about the only way they can weave it to make the OS jive with the evidence so far. of course that means they'd have to admit Caylee was in the trunk - I guess they could just say she didn't look in the trunk - ??

Good synopsis of the DT's theory, but that dog won't hunt. jmo

Honestly, I wanted to cut my own head off with the testimony about the 2 extra trash bags...2 from the ME and 2 from the remains site?
I actually said, "OMG. Calling this witness was a waste. Huge Waste. Honey, I love you, but you really need to go back to VA."

Make cuts in the roots (after cutting the carp down), poor lots of salt on them on a dry day. I mean lots of salt. Plain old cheap table salt. Or big bags of salt for canning veggies if you can get those there. Leave the salt there, it will eventually rain away.

Works for tree stumps, weeds, anything, should work for bamboo.

ETA AGAIN: You can also plant there the next year when all is gone, or the following if you still have to treat for shoots the next season.

I don't think they will. I think they are in a different place in their progress now.

(end) ETA: that makes sense to me, and is what needs to be done but my emotions don't care about her at all...and her rights to anything.

I understand JA(his getting upset today). I have those emotions too. I am emotional like that...it is human to me. But, I know he is not supposed ta...but I appreciate it and I think the jury could understand...a bit...

One of the tweets from media (I think it was Ashleigh Banfield) said she had spoken with 3 FBI employees today and they said the FBI pays for them to travel to trials.

Assuming that is true, I guess BS didn't realize that.

I don't believe it was determined when exactly CA confronted KC about the theft. A neighbor heard they had a big fight close to the 16th but he wasn't sure what today exactly I think. Either way it was never verified if there really was a fight and what the fight was about.

IIRC, didn't Lee state it was that Fathers Day evening? I hope if this is the case, the state will question this

If I was on the jury I feel sure I would have fallen asleep. After all, I am at a ripe old age of in my 50s. I fell asleep here in front of my computer and finally went in for a little nappypoo.

The whole theory that Lee or George molested ICA is beyond ridiculous in my book. ICA shows no remorse for what she has done, not to Caylee, not to her parents, and not to her brother...may she burn for all the heartache she has caused in her lifetime.

Well..I have been watching Vinnie P. on HLN..and even Beth Karas and Sunny Hostens are doubting JB right now..Neither of them thought he made any inroads, and agree JB has to prove to the jury whatever his theory was reagrdless..He made a promise in his OS to prove what his CIC will show...
Well, so far he has bored the jury to death and proven what? that they did paternity tests for Lee ( NEG)..

JB missed the chance to capitalize on the meaning and emotion of this day ( 3yr anniversary for Caylee's murder)...Not wise...then of course he doesnt have proof....Its looking more and more that he will have to put her majesty Ms. KC Anthony on the stand ( which is suicide) in order to show George was involved in hiding Caylee's body and possibly disposed in that critter infested woods, flooded for months and completely dismembered and made gone save for bones..:rocker: HUGE decision to make...

Im sorry wasnt impressed at all with JB's efforts today!!..Though will say he did expose the person who contaminated that duct tape with her DNA..Kudo's

Bill Shaeffer didn't think Baez made any inroads today. He thought at one point he had scored some points early on with the second witness but when he didn't sit down and kept on and on with the DNA felt he lost the jury. K. Belich stated the jury become inattentive after a while.

His opinion is that he did not poke any holes in the State's case at all.

I was just thinking about lawyers commenting on this case. I wish they would have a lay person giving their opinion, someone who has been following the case just like the jurors. The jurors aren't lawyers and may not pick up on things that a more judicial-type person would.

You know on this very said 3 year anniversary of Caylee's demise I just realized something. For the past three years I've been hoping the way the events unfolded on the day Caylee was murdered was that Caylee was knocked out with the chloroform before having the tape applied. But now thinking logically and this kills me is that if she was knocked out ICA could have just put a pillow over her or put something over her mouth and nose. The only logical conclusion is that Caylee was awake when ICA placed that tape across her nose and mouth. What a completely horrible way to die.

Remember when Jeff Ashton was giving his recitation of how he thinks little Caylee died?

As I recall, he stated that little Caylee was looking up and into the eyes of her murdering mother, while trying to gasp for air.

The look on the inmate's face was one of sheer recollection and recall--she was remembering that exact scenario. That is when she told Andrea Lyon to "Make him stop!"

The inmate makes me sick. She is evil incarnate.

I didn't know about the balloon launch today at 3:00. I would have stopped at the Hallmark store for some lavender/purple balloons and sent them soaring into the sky in Caylee's honor. Maybe the MI contingent can do this on the day that the trial ends.
