JB wants the witness to talk about low copies of DNA
Elements could degrade certain DNA but there still should be DNA on certain items and one could testify about that.
Some of the issues have come up recently (really, jb?? this is three years after...)
We are going to discuss with any witnesses where the state has failed to do so
our witness was turned away from the state attorney's office Saturday
all this is information that merely explains DNA and Mr. Ashton is surely aware of and can discuss with very little preparation
Mr. A's argument of wanting extra time is not a good argument because of his omission to do a depo he wants to delay the court time, jury's time...
I read this order to include two aspects; to write reports and to do depositions.
I noticed that JA was intentionally omitting taking depos and I warned the court that this may be an issue later on
we did not intentionally look at this order and say we won't obey it, just the mere thoought of that disturbs me greatly, disturbs that anyone could say that accusation, I have laboured for this cause daily, nightly, it was made clear to me that this court was going to issue orders and enforce them
even though the rules of discovery, court order, forces us to issue reports it's a due process violation that the prosecutor omits his duty under the rule of discovery and attempt to use it as a sanction
it's not enough that he wants the death penalty he wants to go after her lawyer too
I don't want to use the word disingenuous but...
Dr. Rodriguez will have an opinion, these are obvious problems with their case, obvious opinions and they know.
