Eric Edwards - OCSO - July 2008 in Ocso homicide corporal - are you one of the lead detectives in this case State vs KC...I assisted in it yes a great deal
CM-Do you know a Linda Tinellie? (sic)
EE- yes I do
LDB-0bject - approach! 3:33 EST Sidebar

Mason really screwed up. You can't unring a bell. I'm utterly shocked that someone of his caliber made such a mistake. Baez, yes, he's a rookie - but not CM!

I think they did it to prove the fact they "had her targeted from the beginning" theory, as in "no miranda rights read".....

MORE dirty pool Mr. Mason....OMG....That jury has gotta be PI$$ED, imo.

Ok I am confused.....I thought the officers responded out to the A's house to investigate a kidnapping? I know the first 911 call was CA calling stating she wanted her daughter arrested for stealing their car, then the third 911 call was because CA stated that ICA stated Caylee was kidnapped by the nanny?

Yet OCSO arrives on scene and rather than CA being a distraught grandmother concerned over her granddaughter's kidnapping, she was more concerned about having her daughter arrested over the usage of her credit card, bringing out receipts etc. Does that not seem odd???:waitasec:

On the last 911 call CA appeared so distraught and overwhelmed with grief, yet when the cops arrived there is no mention from the family regarding a missing Caylee.

This story gets odder by the day, this family needs an Academy award for their acting skills....JMO

You *must* consider the source...

Knowing he's a seasoned attorney makes me wonder just why he brought that up

KC probably stated that Caylee was due in September because it fit in with her "Jesse's the Dad" timeline. Remember she didn't meet him until Dec/Jan.

Caylee probably WASN'T premature which is why Jesse did the math and had a paternity test done afterwards.

Good thinking.

Google says maybe a volunteer and something to do with the tape maybe?

Why did state tell story about handcuffs ..and not deputy?

I'm thinking because on cross you can ask leading questions and they had to get it on the record carefully without the witness saying more than would be allowed. No need for an error on he record.

Why is everything out of Mason's mouth dripping with contempt and anger and venom??

Because that's the way we all view Defense attorneys unless they are representing us or someone close to us... them that aggression is percieved as "fighting for the client!". MOO

:giggle:

The last witness might lead the jury to believe the DT is trying to mislead them to believe police misconduct. Asking the question of the witness then objecting to his explanation can't really be interpreted many other ways.
