I still say that a thee year old could not climb that ladder by them self. Especially not one as small as Caylee was.

I had a pool and a ladder and a two year old and he is short for his age and always has been and had no issues climbing the pool ladder by himself.

I watched him of course but he could do it as well as the old slides. Ya know the ladder scarey type.

LDB should ask Cindy (and George) if the pool is still up in their yard. We know it is and I'm 99% sure they still use it, although I'm sure they'd say they don't.

What grieving grandparents wouldn't take down the pool that "killed" their precious grandaughter? I think just asking the question and hearing them say yes the pool is still up would be good for the jury to hear. It provides a little reasonable doubt for the drowning scenario.

yup me too! The girl who lost her little boy to drowning (that she heard the story from) had that pool they had tore down the next day...

It looks like that sometimes during CA's testimony she appears to be glancing at LDB every once in a while. CA must know that she's playing with fire. LDB is not a person who you should mess with.

Patience WS'ers. I have a feeling LDB is going to SHRED CA up in ways CA never dreamed possible. And I for one will be glad to watch someone finally hold her feet to the fire, and show her that she can't just lie left and right when there is evidence to prove otherwise.

There you are JSR - quick - can you tell me if LDB impeaches CA does that mean the 911 testimony will be thrown out?

Sorry if this has already been discussed.
Did anyone see Nancy Grace last night? She and the other lawyers all agreed that the state will not attack Cindy for her lies because they will be sympathetic to her position of trying to save Casey's life. I totally disagree. If anything, I think they are going to go after her with a vengeance.

Yes I heard it, they said the jury would not like the SA attacking the grieving grandmother.........................

How can they say it has no relevance? It has every bit of relevance - the DT theory is she drowned. Anything and everything having to do with that pool and that ladder is relevant. What am I missing? Anyone? TIA
