As usual, I'm in disagreement with most of the posters. I believe DC's story. I think he was being directed by a "psychic". One whose psychic visions were a combination of information released in media, Casey's statement about Caylee being close, and Kio's statement about the pet cemetery...and probably a google satellite map too. BTW, there were not 3 pavers found near the body. It was cinder blocks. I don't recall how many.

His phone records do show he was on the phone with the psychic, or at least one of his phones. Not sure it was clear who else he spoke to. jmo

Well, then I'm psychic cause when that Kio article came out I said oooo... check there. But THEN, Tim Miller et. al., went there and searched and had to give it up because it was to wet so I said well... maybe that's a long shot then. When she was found there, I was surprised but yet not as I thought 1st where Kio said. I don't think I'm a psychic, but I think it was a great piece of evidence that many people looked at (Kronk included) but timing was off, area was wrong, snakes and water, etc. It happened when it happened. I don't think ICA EVER wanted anyone to find Caylee. She wanted her at her own "pet cemetary" forever. *barf*

MOO n' stuffs tho.

Yes, and Kronk was "fortunate" enough to find the skull, but when the search scene CSI's talk about sifting buckets of muck and what nots scattered over quite a large space.to find those tiny pieces, you can understand why some searches may never have found her.

It is in Hoover's initial statement - he was talking about when they were at the hotel eating crab cakes - DC was stroking CA's legs and whatnots when they were sitting outside in the garden and Hoover also offered the other information but it was way into the "uglies" for my brain and it was deleted from my memory banks.

In a word, yes,
And, after his testimony today, I would never believe a single word that came out of his mouth. What a (modsnip).

I know I always seem contrary - maybe that's because I am - but I don't expect much of a reaction from Casey when she hears the sentence. Sociopaths don't feel things and react like the rest of us. On the other hand, I expect Cindy will probably leave the court room on a stretcher.

You are prolly right... I am just projecting hope, I think. LOL I expected anger face meltdown. Cindy? Yes. George? Sighing.

I always love reading your side of things... It's the Aquarian, yin-yang of me I guess. If we all had the same thoughts, it'd be a boring life, ay?

See... this is why I suck at gambling!!

I liked Finnell quite a bit. On the suggestion of someone here I watched the documentary about her getting the unjustly accused young man off the murder charges he faced. She was really good. I believed her and liked her.

It's a blessed relief to hear coherent testimony from a witness interviewed by the state. No, I don't want her to help ICA, but I think the truth is strong enough to stand up to a good defense attorney anyway.

I liked her too. I haven't watched the whole trial so I don't know exactly how much she has participated thus far, but it seems to me she should have been the lead.

Don't you just think that is the truth. She thought she would get away with this, because she could always lie her way out of anything, and could visit her daughter whenever she wanted. This drives me crazy. And this trial is just about doing me in. :banghead:

I know!! For a while there I never thought they'd find her. :( I envisioned Kronk a WS'er of sorts and his "luck" made me second guess why I'm sleuthing things and IF I would go searching... Look what happens if you were the "fortunate" one to find the missing. You know?

Okay, ewwwwww.

Maybe they will put ICA on the stand and let her come up with a new theory - which would be three in three years - so the Defense can say - see? We told you she was mentally incompetent but noooo - you didn't believe us - now you can see it for yourself.

Okay, ewwwwww.
:great::floorlaugh::great: I'm just going to make a pot of coffee to wake myself up and I should be able to remember a few more details for you if you like. :innocent:
Just give me a minute to get recharged....:floorlaugh:

Detective Yuri Melich of the Orange County Sheriff's Office was the first witness to take the stand Monday.

Under questioning from Casey's attorney, he conceded that he had never examined George's cell phone records and that a cadaver dog never sniffed out cars driven by George and his wife, Cindy.

Melich also said he had mixed up the dates he gave the jury for when he took Roy Kronk's deposition, and that he never asked for Kronk's cell phone records or confiscated his computer. Kronk is the meter reader who found Caylee's body in a wooded lot. Melich said it was not intentional but he had the dates mixed up.

:floorlaugh: Mark on Dr. Drew about DC and Hoover: "It was like Dumb and Dumber meets the Blair Witch Project." :floorlaugh:

Up until now, ICA has been able to control her small world with her lies and manipulation. I'm sure she is STUNNED that HHJP and the rest of the legal system doesn't buy into her stories and BS. It has always worked in the past for her....This must feel like she has stepped into a whole new world.

ETA I have no idea why this thought came to me after reading tennisgirlsc's post :waitasec:because it seems to be unrelated.
Long Day

I think ICA has something on JB and JB has something on her. They have to back each other up in the end and now they are stuck with each other.

The hours spent at his office and the selling of Caylee's pictures has always raised my hinky meter .I think there are plenty more unsavory actions .This creates a co-dependent relationship that is sick,IMO and it shows.

If the records don't show who he was talking to during that time, they are obviously the wrong records.

Ginette Lucas just did call in on Dr Drew (Vinnie sitting in for Dr Drew tonight)....

I doubt it, I think they are both just narcissists.
