Beep, beep

Love this!

JB w/Dr. Furton....chlorinated drinking water with organic compounds...chloroform ...any volitle or low organic weight compounds ....5 chemical compounds Dr. Vass found in those ...whether those make up human decomp.....in Furton are not unique in human decomp....two are found in bleach....methal sulfides have been reported in decomposing organic matter...like trash ......
are these compounds can be found in trash in those 5 (object-sustain) cannot rely upon those 5 compouns.

JA = have you ever examined the spare tire cover? Object-move to strike..HHBP thats It? overrule on that basis......JB beyond the scope....response beyond the scope....(lost audio momentarily)

JA - those organic compounds creates more than just chloroform....carbon tetrachloride is more abundant than chloroform.....if source of bleach direct on the carpet ...there would be other chemical compounds present like bromide....are you familiar with chloroform creates other things than chlorine....I don't know didn't read peer review articles as I wasn't asked....that would be reasearched and published.....did you see peer reviewed articles ? I didn't find that in my research....Did you find the Iranian article about the creation of chloroform....there are so many things that can happen ...this needs to be researched further to testify forensically.....how many articles are you relying upon? I put just one in my report....what are the other articles say about what are the other chemicals that come out in chloroform....carbon tetrachloride and ? 2 of the compounds of the 5 that come from decomp human tissue....with those compounds they come with something else....everything comes with something else......ongoing research...if chloroform were characteristic to human decomp that would be important to do reserach....but as far as this case someone mixing it and giving to a child vs. mixing it for a reaction....same thing with presence in butter or cheese...there are other things that shuold have been found...isn't chloroform a carcinagin? yes....in butter and cheese? yes if you read the reports it can be very scary....in very small minute amounts...parts per billion range? yes and low parts per million range...pasta and some food products....is there a limit? yes it is in the low parts per billion range and sometimes even lower.....for drinking water...

talk about some power points....pull it up again and go thru it.

Wow. The witness is SO wanting to run away right now. I bet he is thinking, "Oh, no! The power point!"

With all this crazy talk about chloroform in butter and cheese, I think this witness needs a competency hearing.

PLEASE review this forum thoroughly before posting today:

:tos: Here they are!

PLEASE avoid posts that are:

- bashing the defendant's looks or grooming, in words or through visual images

- using derogatory or demeaning terms to refer to players in this case

- snarky to fellow WSers

- otherwise sending the thread off-topic.

Posters who continue to ignore the TOS or the Rules of Etiquette will find themselves on a Time Out.

If you come across a post that violates TOS or the Rules of Etiquette, or that is clearly taking the thread off-topic, the appropriate response is to hit the red triangle "Alert" button, leave a message for our mods, and move on. Please do not quote the offending post or comment upon it in any way. The mods are equipped with brooms and light sabers and will do everything in their power to make sure that WS continues to be the premier true-crime forum on the Web.

Thank you to the many posters who have helped the mods by alerting on questionable posts these last days.

I love JA's confidence. He knows exactly where he's heading. Like a cat cornering a mouse!

There's chloroform in butter and cheese?! EEK!!!

This is where the witness loses the jury. They will not believe that chloroform is found in cheese. They don't need to be chemists.

I just googled it, lol, and apparently chloroform is present in small amounts in butter and cheese. :maddening:

Between the pen popping, neck popping and other popping sounds it is like my morning breakfast of snap, crackle and pop.

As in neck-popping feats? I've noticed quite a few men popping their necks during the trial, particularly one of the sheriffs that mans the door for ICA.

I didn't think Dr. furton was gonna get so flustered, in the frye hearings he was contentious with JA. He is totally intimidated, lol.

JA just took a big swig of chloroform, according to this chemist guy.

This morning we had allot to discuss and a great deal of vented up frustrations. Unfortunately the steam that some are letting loose is causing TOS and Rules infractions.

We as moderators are working to keep these threads informative, productive and in true WS style.

NO bashing of any player be it in pictures or words. NO name calling or name variations. Zero tolerance. No snark. No off color remarks about any of the players. Every post that is removed is going to be reviewed for Time Outs. Is one outburst worth not being able to participate in the coming days? It doesn't need to be this difficult folks.

If what your are posting sounds like something you heard in Jr. High, it doesn't belong here.

Let's get our emotions under control and move into the afternoon without problems please.

Thanks.

I hope that the jurors are picking up on the "parts per million" vs "parts per billion" distinction. Because they're such large numbers, sometimes the point gets lost ('cause we have trouble visualizing millions and billions). But it's an exponential difference in how much of the chemical is present.

chloroform present in parts per million/billion in cheese/butter/pasta

ok lasagna off the menu folks!
