I will see you all in about 8 hours. Sleep well and know that Caylee is away from that family and ultimate punishment will be handed out someday.

G’night

There is so much weighing on my heart tonight, this being the eve of Justice for Caylee. So much I wanted to express in my post. Then, in reference to another poster's earlier post, I started watching videos on YouTube. I saw this and I think it shows and says everything so much more eloquently than I ever could.

Does anyone have a link to Friday night's (7/1) Greta show? I have read some posts where never seen before footage of the A's 2008 interview was shown-I want to see it.
TIA!

I watched that too. WOW. I wished the SA could have shown that to the jury.

She says VERY clearly that the ladder was left up and the gate open ON THE 17TH, not the 16th.

AND Greta quizzed her about the possibility of an accidental drowning. And Cindy was adamant, absolutely positive, that Casey would have called 911. She even tells about a family friend whose child was 'brought back' by the EMTs/

ETA: why would the ladder be up if there was a drowning and two adults were working hard to COVER IT UP? Would they leave the lader up after duct taping the dead baby and tossing her in the trunk of the car?

Well now... that says an awful lot about Lippman, doesn't it? When he first came on the scene he seemed like a decent sort of guy. As with anything associated with CA, I've changed my mind. I guess he's getting paid to say whatever CA pays him to say. That is, if he is getting paid at all. Or maybe he's just another in a long line wanting to get his name before the public. I should be surprised at how many are willing to sell their souls to the devil for a few bucks or a moment or two of fame - but I'm not. Not surprised, but disappointed in humanity.

To me it says that George and Cindy are still trying to cover for Casey and keep her from being accountable for anything. Are these parents never going to face facts? This is the very kind of thing that helped to create this monster. Wake up and smell the coffee.

So, one scare for us has been averted today but I am still very anxious (actually paced for a bit then tried to do some research=past cases regarding what is talked about in article) after reading this article:

Casey Anthony Trial - Jurors left with Scant Evidence
By Kyle Hightower, Associated Press

Indeed, the burden of proof falls to prosecutors. Yet they relied on a highly circumstantial case, focusing on the lies told by Casey Anthony in the 31 days after Caylee was last seen alive. They also heavily focused on an odor in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car, which the prosecution's forensics experts said was consistent with the smell of human decomposition.
No physical evidence ever linked Casey Anthony to traces of chloroform found in the trunk, though, and Perry has ruled that the jury won't get to smell air samples taken from that trunk.

... a medical examiner never determined precisely how Caylee died, and 25-year-old Casey Anthony's DNA was not found with her daughter's skeletal remains when they were found in December 2008 in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.

What scare?

I worked the last 2 days and spent most of my day thinking about this case and one thing I wondered, when all is said and done and ICA is sentenced to whatever she gets, will CA and GA ever seek out Roy Kronk and THANK him for finding Caylee's remains so she could be properly laid to rest?I just can't imagine that they would have never wanted to know where she was.I always have thought that if she was found by Dominic that they would have gotten rid of her,but how could you do that to someone you loved?

Yah sure. She will probably thank him the same way she thanked the Tes Volunteers.

Are the State and DT limited in the amount of time they have for closing arguments? TIA

lol well I am a VERY dyslexic typer! I never do that when writing... but I'm a lefty so maybe my brain is twisted! - I mess up when giving direactions too ALWAYS say right when I mean Left... to me I wiite with my right(correct) hand and it gets me EVERY stinkin time!

LOL. I do the same -- directions especially -- always say 'left' to mean 'right'. To the point I now have to say 'my side' or 'your side' instead. I was forcibly converted to right-handedness as a child and can barely use my left for anything now, but the typing dyslexia appeared when I first began using typewriter/computer - never when I write using pen/pencil. Glad to know I'm not the only one like this

Feeling like one of the underprivileged here, listening to you all with your cable and various means of watching the trial. My ISP cut me off several days ago -- I'd used up my entire broadband allocation in just a few nights of trial watching (from Australia). Usually, I don't use up even half of my allocation. They're mean, aren't they (ISP) -- they don't give me credits for not using up my allocation, year after year, but the minute I go over, I'm penalized. I was watching the trial (the boring bits, worse luck) on something called 'Atami' I think, through my media-player (I think). Old techno-idiot here -- because Atami was coming through 'media player', I thought it wasn't using up any more bandwidth than listening to the radio, lol. So much to learn, so little time in which to learn it ...

So how many lawyers are in Orlando or are on there way there to line up to be ICA's appeal lawyer? Hmm, we haven't seen Geragos in awhile.

I've seen Geragos in person and he is a pipsqueak of a man...ditto his legacy. :twocents:

No way. Those people are nuts.

I did find settings in both Firefox and Chrome on my XP computer, I know my Mac does spell check as well, I've honestly never thought about it. And I don't have the icon you have.

Since I'm a man I'm sure it's my fault.

:great: I get so tickled by your posts.

Both sets of attorneys asked for a day off to prepare closing arguments, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. Judge Belvin Perry issued a court order Friday afternoon detailing the rules for closing arguments.

http://www.clickorlando.com/news/28417230/detail.html

I've seen a couple of other people say on WS today that they heard JA ask HHJP for an 8:30 start time after he said 9am. This is he first publication I've seen that says 8:30 instead of 9am.

Anyone know for sure? All day today they have been saying 9am start time.

Ohh the fury that will abound if people miss some of the closing argument if it starts at 8:30 instead of 9.

I'm going to make sure I am ready early just in case.

IMO

All I know is the JP told the Jury they (the Jury) would return at 9 AM Sunday.

I just went back and listened to the end of the day discussion and what JA says is 8:30 to finalize the jury instructions then closing arguments at 9. So that's where the 8:30 is coming from.

Amazing. But not.

I am going to try to go to sleep early tonight because I need to be at the computer @ 5:30 if I want to catch the whole thing. I am too excited to get any sleep yet though. Like tomorrow is the first day of a new school year or something. LOL

Anyone here think Cindy and George are spending their evening watching home videos?
:great: :floorlaugh: :great:

I'm not sure where the humor is in this, it must have escaped me.

No matter what, a heart-wrenching, horrible tragedy has struck this family and taken the life of a precious baby girl. I don't find that funny, nor do I take pleasure in those terribly sad facts.

This is real and has directly & deeply touched many, many people who dearly loved Caylee Marie Anthony.

There are no "winners" in this case. Please, please try to remember that.
