Here's my shameless plug:

Don't miss Websleuths Radio TONIGHT at 5PM PST! Don't miss what RICHARD HORNSBY and HOLLY HUGHES have to say about today's closing arguments! It's going to be interesting, to say the least!

CM has stated he plans to keep it short. Thank you CM.

CM said we do not have to listen to 10 to 12 hours more.

Being calm and respectful to jurors.

Uh oh, going into philosophy, a fave of mine, but jurors, idk.
ETA: It sounds like a somewhat poetic story about judgment day, you get the idea. Not really philosophy though.

CM reading a story to the jury lol :)
A history lesson!

I don't know guys. I was a HUGE "Innocent until proven guilty" person in this case in the beginning. Then in the last few weeks I said, "She Did It". Now............. I think what JB said made a lot of sense to me. Casey's emotions today said a lot to me as well. I think something is very wrong with Casey but I don't see intentional murder here.

Please don't judge me; going with my gut and the evidence. This case is crazy and I've never followed a case before except for this.

I just am on the fence now because I really feel JB did a great job in closing argument.

You have to go with the actual evidence as it was presented. Not with a desperate attorney's spin on that evidence, in a closing argument where he is allowed to say anything he wants about the evidence or the people who presented it and testified to it.

The jury took notes during testimony, they will be able to see the difference between what the testimony (the evidence) is and what the spin is.

Wow, I made it back from family event and I get to watch the end of this.

oh no - i'm kinda' liking CM.
Maybe it's just the contrast . . . .

.ETA: I'm a sucker for a well-told story.

.

Gotta say it again...you've got to be kidding me. It's good ole boy story time. Cripes!

Wonder if ICA will give CM a hug too.

Oh no, CM is reading a narrative. This is already starting off on a bad foot...

he is hard to listen to, he mumbles and is boring, no personality, I'm sure the jury is tuning out, esp after JB.

At least he didn't say "I say, I mean, I say My dear old Pappy once told me............"

From the trial thread... BS is wrong! Jeff only used 1 hour & 17 minutes... Linda has 2 hours & 43 minutes.... NOT an hour & 20 minutes. Guess he failed math.
