On Vinnie's show earlier, there was a jury consultant. She said at this point it was 58% that would vote guilty. Lawsy, how she came up with that i don't know.

BUT, she said that juror #4 was definantly pro defense.

*sigh* I'm still afraid one of her friends told her the prosecution tried to get rid of her, and the DT cried racism....that would not set too well with me if i was her(even though that wasn't what the SA were looking at, it was the "i don't want to judge")

she also said she thought the foreman might be #1, #9, or #10. NO idea why she thought so. she's on JVM now, if anyone sees her do her spiel again

Poor Tim Miller. Loud JVM wouldn't even let him talk. She kept cutting him off. Her and Nancy Grace never let anyone talk. They only want to hear the sounds of their own voices saying the same things over and over.
