Sadly, the way the system works, the prosecution has more at stake than the defense does, in the verdict. The defense can and will move on-the prosecution is bound to take heat, if they don't get the verdict the public wants or accepts.

Logicalgirl, I do not understand at all that the jury isn't told of her criminal history.

The DT pointed their finger at GA even though he has never had charges pressed or been tried in a court of law about that alleged behavior. The DT didn't even have eye witnesses to verify those accusations.:banghead:
