Mods, please snip me here if this goes too far but since the Lifkas spoke publicly about employing CWW, I hope its fair game to confirm that they own ic-all.

Per MO Corporations search, IC-ALL.com is an active LLC owned by Raymond Lifka.

New Press article indicates the Lifkas employed CWW at IC-ALL.COM.

Kitty Lifka, 85, a Missouri woman whose family employed Wright as an IT specialist, said he was a smart man who they fired.
Members of that same family are also well-acquainted with Mark Sievers and have had a relationship with him since his college days at Missouri University, which he attended for a year.
Her husband, Ray, and sons Raymond and Todd, were familiar with Wright through his work as an employee of Rali Enterprises and IC-All.com from 2003-09.
"When I hear the name Wayne I see a smiling face," she said referring to Wright by his middle name.
KItty Lifka said that Wright was intelligent, especially when it came to computers. But problems arose.
She said her son Raymond told her that he had to let Wright go due to problems.

Guys, I am pretty much begging for mercy and your patience here. Literally. Nobody wants to stifle conversation, especially surrounding any information that could possibly lead to arrests of perps while persuing justice for any of these victims. In fact, quite the opposite. However, trying to sleuth and mix two or three cases in one dedicated forum is unheard of before. It will quickly become a tangled, confusing mess if it is not properly organized. So, please just sit tight here for a little while.

The facts as we know them surrounding TS's case (including those already arrested, charged and currently incarcerated), are changing rapidly. Literally, some MSM articles are updated more than once a day. LE was quoted in MSM yesterday as approaching CWW and saying <parphrasing> "If you want to talk to me about Ronnie Bolin, you know where to find me." Nothing has been said yet about Amanda Jones, also from the same area.

This is what I am asking of you guys - PLEASE give me a chance to brainstorm with Tricia and the other mods regarding how to best allow some discussion and the parameters of that discussion connecting CWW to either of those cases in THIS forum, dedicated to Teresa Sievers. Until then, Ronnie Bolin has a dedicated thread (linked here). Also, Amanda Jones' thread is linked here. Amanda's thread has over 600 posts and it has been around since 2005. Maybe do some back reading. That thread needs fresh eyes now.

Thanks in advance for your patience and cooperation. I will update (regarding discussion in TS's forum) as soon as we have a clear direction. Until then, thanks for refraining about discussing them here.

p.s. I will be removing the above posts I quoted. A bit unusual however I wanted to include them here so everyone would be clear what I am referencing. Leaving them up would be too confusing because they would be quoted again before reading my post here. And 'round and 'round we'd keep going.

Unfortunately, it happens a lot. We experienced that with someone we got a restraining order against. His height in arrest records ranged from 5' 3" to 5' 9". Reality: same as me, eye to eye at 5'6". While researching another case, I found black and white race difference in the same (convicted sex offender) guy's records.

When I saw the "taller" CWW mug a few weeks ago, I thought of him trying to tiptoe for height change and laughed out loud.

Is that the same guy???? Can someone please post a side-by-side of the 2010 mug shot next to the photo on page 1. It could be the photo that is making his face look round vs oval.

Metric people hate this but you're going to have to find a converter that does inches. 5.9 feet is 70.8 but 5 feet 9 inches is not 5.9 feet.
5 feet 9 inches is 5.75 feet.
5 feet 7.5 inches is 67.5 inches.

Per the quote linked above, LE clearly confirms CWW remains a suspect in the 1995 disappearance of Ronnie Bolin. Hence, we have moved RB's thread to this forum where, hopefully, it will get more attention. The Bolin family has been waiting a long, long time for answers and justice.

Unlike RB, we currently don't have LE confirmation, nor anyone willing to be verified as an insider that can offer us enough to directly connect CWW as a viable suspect responsible for Amanda's disappearance. We know they lived in the same area and may have had some mutual friends and/or acquaintances. At this time, that is not quite enough to justify moving her thread to this forum. However, we are watching closely and if anything further develops we will revisit that decision. For the time being, please keep all discussion and references contained to Amanda's dedicated thread linked here.

I don't think he is a random serial killer. In some way (even remotely via friends/relatives as in Amanda's case), he is acquainted with all 3 victims referenced here. Hillsboro is not a big city. I just think he is a very, very bad and dangerous guy who has no conscience.

I can see this, but if he is related to the disappearance of these 3, I have to wonder why he changed things up with TS. If he got away with murdering or being an accessory in 3 previous cases, I would think one key reason why is that there was never any proof of death.

What would be different about TS that he didn't make her disappear? Insurance money? Plans for that wouldn't be as popular if TS were missing?

Or maybe he just got so confident he didn't think he could ever be caught?

All speculation, my wondering and ramblings only.
