When did he say that?

And let's not forget, since JR foreman was able to reach him while he was in FL he had his cell phone with him. Ping ping ping

See that to me makes no sense if he was going to Fla to Murder someone.

I still believe it is important to remember that (per linked news report) the $1M 🤬🤬🤬 was not started by MS and that it was initiated the same day Dr. Sievers was murdered. "It was opened Monday by Sievers’ colleague L**** S***** a licensed massage therapist and intuitologist. That leaves open the possibility that MS was, initially, not aware of the fund or the amount requested. The person starting the fund may have thought the amount made sense, for whatever reason. My big question would be why someone thought the family would be in need of such a large amount. Or was a clever IT guy like CWW playing around with the accounts of MS and LS for nefarious purposes. IMO, guilty or not of involvement, it seems to me that MS would be much too busy traveling and dealing with LE on the day of the murder to be sitting down and crafting a 🤬🤬🤬 account. It would also explain the disappearance of the fund request after CWW was arrested. Just trying to be open minded. :moo:

I personally think he knew about it and likely was behind the starting of it and the amount, IMO only. Even if he was not behind it, I doubt that it was not run by MS prior to being set up. And, even if by some odd chance the person whose name was initially tied to the set up did not inform MS of the ONE MILLION 🤬🤬🤬, which I would find nearly impossible to believe, he had to have become privy to it early on and did not take it down. I also firmly believe that due to complaints regarding the outlandishness of the whole thing, the amount was reduced, and the beneficiaries changed more than once--all to make it look a little less capitalistic and ridiculous, IMO.

Can't believe some of the things MS is being condemned for. Here is a list so far that folks seem to think point towards his guilt in the murder of his wife:
1. Playing on roof with his children (supposedly)
2. Fixing the camera to point towards the entrance that was used to break into his home (supposedly)
3. Overhead arguing with his wife(supposedly) .... As though that is out of the ordinary
4. Hiring his best friend to do Computer work
5. Driving garbage bags to a dumpster... He should have walked? Lol
6. Looking "angry" when asked if he murdered his wife
7. Wearing scrubs and a stethoscope (which he clearly wasn't, but who cares if he was?)
8. Driving a Mercedes (the only car he has access to)
9. Staying with his children to visit family while his wife goes home to see patients.
10. And let's not forget the nail in the coffin... He didn't reply to Facebook posts of condolences

Am I missing any?

(I hope thats OK)

Duntulum's post

It's been awhile since I have checked in, but I'd like to clarify some things. PLEASE REMEMBER I AM UNVERIFIED FAMILY, and at some point when I have far more time for this I will go through that process -- if I can find that link somewhere. So feel free to take what I say with a grain of salt. I haven't had the time to go through all that has been written since I last checked in, but I am sure there has been some wonderful sleuthing going on here. WE are looking for answers as well, but are glad to have spoken to the girls and they are safe.

* We use Westchester County Airport to fly back and forth from FL to CT. It's a smaller airport and more direct. Teresa's plane landed around 11.

* The family vacation was planned WELL in advance -- schedules to coordinate, a house to rent in the country, airplane tickets to book. The death of the step-brother was unexpected and therefore, not part of the original plans.

* Teresa drove herself home in the blue van.

* The TOD has been given to the family. The "shrills" and "arguing" around 5/6ish were not Teresa.

* I DID manage to read Skinner's posts. I would agree with much of what he has to say, sans the alarm. It is true that the family knows what happened with the alarm. Perhaps Mark has passed that info onto Skinner. Unlike Skinner, I believe that that info might not be used for a defense, but may be used by a prosecutor. Suffice it to say, and I will not elaborate, that the alarm was off on Sunday. Neither of the men arrested had to shut it down.

* I think Annie is doing an excellent job under combat conditions as the family spokesperson. (There were some comments here --) She lost her sister AND best friend. It has been extremely hard.

* Yes, we were made privy to the arrests in advance. Despite what appears to be radio silence from the sheriff to the public, we have been kept in the loop.

Perhaps this will help someone solve something. The family is pretty divided about a third suspect. We are all hoping that the girls don't have to go through anything else --

Waiting, in Connecticut, for word of the next arrest --

BBM: This makes me wonder if the purchase of the hammer was to break into the safe, but she caught them, so she was killed with the hammer. Perhaps JD "the hammer" was brought in because of his skill to open a safe with a hammer.
Kittychi I think your scenario is very plausible but how do include the WOW factor?

He is a computer Guru!

I'm also going to throw in the possibility that he might have trouble getting a job putting his computer skills to work as ex-con. I think companies take their security pretty seriously and most would prefer a computer guru who has not done time. (And there are plenty of people like that.) MS might have been doing his best friend a favor by giving him some work, and, in turn, got the computer solutions he needed.

I guess people's standards for retirement are different. I guess CWW was satisfied enough with his lifestyle in the trailer that he felt comfortable calling himself retired in his early forties. To each their own.

Probably, but neither does bringing the bloody jumpsuit home.

Maybe... Because her family is divided on MS's involvement?

Probably, but neither does bringing the bloody jumpsuit home.

The bloody Jumpsuit makes alot of sense to me.
I don't think he was wearing it and I don't think he killed TS. I think CWW did.
The jumpsuit he saved just in case Cww tossed all the blame on him.. Otherwise it would have been tossed on I 75 somewhere.

being BFF/brother to his wife's murderer.

I believe that was directed to criticism she's received particularly here in regard to certain things including her mannerisms etc when she has spoken publicly. Just my interpretation anyway but I can understand why the sentiment of feeling under attack,or in combat would be that way

But why do this the night she returned home?
They could have done this the day before?

They wanted TS.
Either to kill her or to find out something.
Cww IMO sent JR in first then when JR couldn't get the info out of her CWW joined and that's when they had to kill her. CWW couldn't let her go. She was sure to tell. I think he was doing something criminal thru TS not MS,
All JMO
Eileen, the above is an example IMO of a scenario where MS could be absolutely innocent. However it lacks the WOW factor with complex twists and turns, so I am still on the fence.

We are currently moving old discussion threads and posts from the Media Links thread to the new forum. So, if you are reading one of those, attempt to navigate to a new page and suddenly receive a message saying you don't have permission to access that area, no need to panic that will be the reason why.

The forum should be available for public viewing within a couple of hours.
