It is. What a life! I often wonder if any of us, born in his circumstances, would turn out like that? That life is all he knew.
I wonder why the texts from JR are included in the docs for CWW's trial. There is only the one that AW responds to that shows any link between JR and CWW. Is this an indication that the state plans on trying them together?

I imagine any info JRR puts out there is good for implicating CWW because CWW hired JRR. You know what I mean?

hmm...good question. I was hoping for CWW's FB. I remember it being said somewhere (?) that MS FB'ed a long private message to CWW about his marriage.
27,000 pages were not released to the public, presumably due to the ongoing investigation exception in the Florida Sunshine Laws. I'm comforted by the thought that there is that much evidence involving those not arrested yet.

Good point Kate. I'm beginning to think that Mark not being in custody might be one of the best strategies in terms of CWW keeping silent. He has proven himself a vengeful man in word and deeds. Even though the story of strangling the roommate isn't true- she only "supposedly" took 5 years of his life. Wonder how he'll feel when he realizes MS took his entire life, for real, and for good?

The most encouraging thing I've read in the last few days is JRR giving out details on FB...of the crimes that the man who "ratted" him out committed. JRR is vengeful (still) after spending 5 years in jail...determined to get that guy (Jake? sorry didn't save the name/page#) in trouble. I need to learn to save page numbers :doh:

Questions moderators for this thread. Normally we cannot do screenshots of Facebook.... but for law enforcement downloads can we?

If its relevant, you can continue to snip captures from the docs and attach to your posts but please don't bring over any meme photos. Those that can't access any of the docs with the Bates number will just have to miss out.

Some moments of humor along with the dumbassery:
JRR telling someone how he "always did good in school" despite not even knowing how to spell the swear word "damn" - he spells it "dame".
JRR answering someone's question as to why he went to prison with "Jake told on me".
JRR advising he has a 9 inch penis, and offering to prove it by sending a photo of it. (Perhaps he will become a popular inmate with this "tool" at his disposal?)
On the other hand, some of the texts are resoundingly sad, such as a female who writes to JRR that she does not see her family members "because they are all so messed up" - meaning drugs. She then describes how awful they look. Meth heads, I guess.

Angela's answer(s) of "not that I know of" to the investigator's question of did she sleep with both husband-to-be and MS the night before her wedding was kind of astounding to me! WTF??
The investigator's description to Angela of the Sievers' open marriage parameters - MS could be with other women as long as he told her about it, but TS could only be with other women - surprised me and I wondered if the investigator was stretching the truth for purposes of the investigation.
In all, what a sleazy bunch!

I guess its just me, but I can't stomach reading JR's FB. He reminds me of one of those kids that rode bikes and fell on his head too many times while riding with no helmet, running with scissors, and eating lead paint.
I do know the boy has had a very hard life, and that is very sad to me. I mean, I do have empathy. (although he clearly does NOT)
But after reading all that I was "able" to get through and knowing what he did and the the way he laughed about this horrific murder of a beautiful mother of two, he is right where he should be ~ for the rest of his pathetic life.
