These words are honest truth I am about to post. Approx 10 yrs ago while sitting with a friend drinking wine discussing imaginary business ventures. My creation was to acquire paying members to my club for like $2.00/week and you provide me a key to your house ( I would be bonded of course). You logged on each morning and clicked you were still alive each morning. If you didnt click by 9 a.m. you would be emailed asking for confirmation you were still alive( If my representative drove to your house and you were still alive but just hadnt made your morning alive reply you were charged a $50.00 fee.) If I received no response my local representative was to go to your house and remove any legal embarrassing evidence (nightstand toys, etc) that you had initially provided to me on a checklist prior to members family arriving. Of course never touching anything other than embarrassing items and calling LE if necessary.
This case and detailed pics have reminded me how invasive it can become after a death. Who knows, I could have become a millionaire in this venture .

The one object I expected to see in their house because of what MS said about 'swinging' is a pineapple. I haven't seen a pineapple on a picture, in a wreath, on the front door, etc. No darn pineapple. Liar, liar, pants on fire! :facepalm:

It may have been my post about the pineapple being used as a symbol for swingers in my area that you are referencing. Personally, I think MS made that "swingers" story up to cover himself but we won't know if TS participated until we have more info.

I enjoy visiting old plantations. Several times while visiting them the guide has said that in colonial times if a guest overstayed thier welcome a pinapple would be placed in thier room as a hint for them to leave.
I get such a chuckle thinking of a guest getting a pinapple delivered to thier room and wondering if they were being asked to swing or leave.

I forget who posted the "pineapple" thing that swingers use. It may not be a "universal" signal for ALL cities/states.

IMO, the whole swingers statement from MS smells like just another wimpy husband victimizing the victim again; another cowardly act where the victim cannot duly defend herself or protect her children from lies.
If this is true, then he absolutely does not care about his daughters and only of himself.

I have 2 possible scenarios where MS' behavior has been suspect since the beginning.

First: If MS WAS NOT involved, then why bring up accusations of her being a swinger? What does that have to do with helping find her killer? Unless the statement was made AFTER CWW was arrested. Maybe one of the swingers killed her (unlikely.) Plus, doesn't he know his children would see these documents about their mom, someday.

No2, let's say MS IS involved and part of his defense is to trash TS and says how unhappy he was, sexually, in their marriage. Again, why bring up the swinging thing? Maybe he thought that since she wasn't sexually attracted to him, he'd bring in other partners and maybe send her videos of him having sex, would rejuvenate their connection.

I see how many of us have closely scrutinized all the pics looking for all the little hidden clues. Can you just imagine maybe 15-20 yrs in the future how many hours/days/months TS 2 daughters will view the pics for details. How many times will they read all these posts on Websleuths. Recall how the man that provided the semen (not a father or dad) to create each of them took TS to Laguardia and told them to kiss their mom goodbye. How immediately after their mothers death quickly removed TS family from their lives. Whether or not MS is in prison the kids will have every piece of the puzzle and many years to put that puzzle together.
On a side note, it appears MS was very active whether with TS or out scrounging. We know SMS and staff are monitoring his movements closely so I doubt he has been active now for over 7 months. I have to hand it to him.

Any suppositions or speculations on why the Black Flip Flop Shoes that Dr. Sievers' was wearing are clean as a whistle?

It appears as if she walked out of her shoes and they were placed on top of the blood stains. The white earbuds do not show any blood stains either as seen in Bates # 27969 mentioned above.

Are you sure the flip flops are 'clean as a whistle'?? Couldn't they MAYBE have coagulated blood spots on them which we can't see? BUT I think you're Right On: My guess is the flip flops were plopped down there (by the 'brilliant' murderer) deliberately after he'd viciously murdered Teresa, God rest her soul !

But, about the earbuds: WOW. TY !! If I was senior detective with the intern detective, I'd say, "See those earbuds, kid? That's classic Crime Scene Staging !". IMO the APPEARANCE is that the reading skills of whoever plopped those earbuds onto the floor were such that Murder For Dummies would be Way over his head - TS' murderer seems like more of a 'See Spot Run' type of guy !

What would be the benefit of staging her shoes and earbuds in that way? I get rifling through her things to make it look like a robbery, but why place the ear buds and shoes beside her body? I just don't get what message they were trying to get across with that... I don't see how it would make the crime seem any more or less like the interrupted home invasion that they were going for.

They didn't actually call it swinging, but it could be interpreted that way. May or may not be swinging, as engaging in threesomes isn't swinging. Here's what the investigative report says:

Detectives have learned through the investigation the Sievers were involved in numerous affairs with men and women both together and outside of their marriage. Recently, Teresa Sievers has been going through what appears to be menopause and her libido has been extremely affected to the point of her husband, Mark documenting their marital issues to include: talk of divorce, lack of intimacy and Teresa's harsh emotional treatment of Mark in his notes on his cellular phone. Detectives have also spoken with at least one close family friend who Teresa confided in that she was looking to divorce Mark. Mark has numerous photos, videos and Face Time chats on his phone download that show he has had numerous extra marital affairs with multiple women.
