I fully expect a Grand Jury to come in with 1st Degree murder charges against all three. And I expect to see the prosecutor ask for the death penalty for all three.

This has been an extremely high profile case. So there is surely a lot of public sentiment for 1st Degree charges. As far as death penalty, if this is not a death penalty case then what is?

I know that all of us here are still acutely aware of the Casey Anthony case. But there have been plenty of other cases in Florida where the juries were not as knuckleheaded. (Sorry, jury members, but that is my opinion.)

do all the prisoners wear those suicide dresses or just the ones who have indicated in some way they're suicidal?

No, not all wear the suicide dresses but those who are in for serious charges do. Upon arrival the arrestee will be placed on suicide watch for a period of time before classification. They will also be medically evaluated. Any type of murder charge will usually be on suicide watch for at least a week or so. An officer will check on him every 15 minutes or so and sign a sheet on a clipboard attached to the door. He will be alone in a cell no matter what their booking record states. He will have nothing with him as in no blanket or sheet that he could try to hang himself with. He will have no utensils to eat with, not even a spork. He will be given foods he can eat holding in his hands, IMO.

*I had to chuckle seeing JR in that suicide smock knowing he didn't even have underwear on, and there were female arestees sitting there!

*The officers have to protect themselves from any kind of communicable diseases while waiting on his blood work to come back. They do have JR's medical paperwork from the Federal Prison, but each jail/detention facility has to do their own.

I also liked that she seemed to kick him in the shins (too lightly, though) to stop him at the right spot.

I thought that at first too, but watched it again. She is just stepping around the benches.

This is not as high profile as most of u think.
You dont really hear anything and most ppl know nothing about it.

It is high profile here. In talking to friends around the state, not nearly as much.

I would opine that coverage on Good Morning America, Nancy Grace, extended local news coverage and interest from national news sources is high profile. I for one am THRILLED that it is high profile as it creates more pressure to bring justice for Teresa. I agree that many of these cases are only important to those affected, I've read of a number of cases here on websleuths that I knew nothing about prior to becoming involved with websleuths. That being said - bring on the pressure! time for the people responsible to pay.

There is no way in the world JR would have had any reason to kill Mark's wife. We know that their very "first" encounter with one another was not a pleasant one, but a spat over a parking space? That's hardly a reason to drive over a 1000 miles away to kill someone he didn't even know.

The wedding of the Wright's was the first time JR even met MS.
From those pictures beach found of CWW, MS, JR (and Taylor) TOGETHER ~ I'm sure they both (MS and JR) were a little embarrassed when CWW introduced them to each other, but that doesn't mean they had to like each other. As Taylor said in her interview, JR did NOT like Mark, and Taylor herself called Mark a d*ck.

I am still trying to figure out exactly when/why CWW included JR. The way Taylor talked, I got the impression it was more a spur of the moment thing. It's possible that CWW's fibromyalgia was acting up really bad that day/week? Maybe his muscle pain so bad that he didn't think he would be able to drive that far and then have the strength to overpower TS. CWW then called JR sometime on Friday June 26, while JR was still at work. Thinking ahead CWW knew JR worked at a recycling plant and had access to blue jumpsuits, thick gloves, shoe covers and he also knew about contamination and decontamination. So making sure there was no evidence left was seemingly important to CWW.

During that phone call (probably a burner phone ) CWW asked him if he wanted to make 10k for a weekend job. (of course he did) He then told JR what he needed him to get/steal from work that Friday. I personally don't think he told JR what the job actually was until he picked him up that Sat. morning.

After CWW's house was raided on the 12th of July, the next day JR's and Taylor went to throw things away and spent the night at her mom's house. This is when TS questioned JR about the murder. JR told her that MS hired CWW to kill MS's wife for the Insurance money.
I completely agree with this, as it's the only thing that makes sense with JR's thrown into the mix of the brothers.

I don't think MS knew that CWW had hired JR. Surprise

When did JRR start posting violent posts and hammer posts on facebook? Had he alentlyways posted stuff like that or did they start coming frequently at some point? Was it just a few weeks before the murder?

I think CWW wanted help because 1)fibromyalgia 2)long road trip 3)neighbors.
That's a lot of driving for one person in a short time period. Also since she was killed in her home, they needed it to be quiet. Having a second person could help with that.

From NIN's wink news link (my favorite BTW)- the woman broadcasting is in the same color as JRR's suicide vest. I know it was not coordinated but funny.
The fact I'm O/T leads me to believe we are due for a doc dump. So glad we are all sleuthing together. ❤️

I completely agree with this. I'm kind of a crime news addict, and have seen this case profiled on many national and international shows and news sources that I frequent. Not just at the time if the murder, but also when the suspects were arrested, or updates like the docs cane. Many cases are only broadcast at the time of the crime, but coverage on this case has been consistent, even after almost a year now. I definitely think that keeps the case in people's minds. Many people around the world want justice for Teresa.

The fact that the Sievers case here on WS is featured as a hot case next to Netflix's "Making a Murderer" reflects the notoriety and significance of the case.

I know JRR's brother is in law school- do we know if they have a good relationship? If not, if Jimmy is indigent could this be the first time he has access to a lawyer and a lawyers advice? TIA

According to his Facebook Business Record, he created his account around February 24, 2015 (-- at least, that's what it looks like. This is when people started posting on his wall). I just spent time going back and looking through the batch of docs from his Facebook page.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B717FUtKwdU8MWxEckc4anVGU0k/view

It looks like he was posting and sharing violent, racist and sexual photos as far back as far as his account history.

His "nickname" on Facebook used to be "The Hammer" although, I cannot find that in the documents. I think I am over looking it. I know for a fact this is true though, I saw it on his facebook page when it was still up.

I also know that there was a facebook meme post about a hammer. I guess I am over looking this, too in the documents. I know it was posted on June 16, I have a screen shot of it on my phone. The way I took the photo, I cannot see the top part of the meme, but it says, "What'd she say...?" And the bottom part of the meme says, "What the *advertiser censored** are you doing with that hammer?" I do remember it was violent, that is why I took a screen shot.

I hope this helps.
