I fully expect a Grand Jury to come in with 1st Degree murder charges against all three. And I expect to see the prosecutor ask for the death penalty for all three.
This has been an extremely high profile case. So there is surely a lot of public sentiment for 1st Degree charges. As far as death penalty, if this is not a death penalty case then what is?
I know that all of us here are still acutely aware of the Casey Anthony case. But there have been plenty of other cases in Florida where the juries were not as knuckleheaded. (Sorry, jury members, but that is my opinion.)

Per Wikipedia:
As of January 17, 2016, 389 inmates are awaiting execution. Forty have appeals pending.[
