Regarding MS loving his daughters, a father who loves his children does not kill their mother. Period. As the sheriff said "He is where he belongs. In jail."
Children indeed are resilient. Unfortunately there have been many other children placed in this position - far too many. Here in Pittsburgh about two years ago we had the case of Amber Klein, a doctor, whose husband, a research doctor, who murdered her by mixing cyanide in a drink he gave her. They had a daughter who was about 10 years old. Initially at least, she was being raised by her grandparents - who were quite elderly.
These children will be cared for and they will grow up. The good thing in this case is that there are loving extended family members who have been involved in these childrens lives.

I suppose CWW's confession must have come as a shock to AW over in Missouri. And despite the confession, Jerry Lubinski was quoted as saying he "doesn't think CWW did it". I don't know what that is supposed to mean. That he doesn't think CWW was the one actually wielding the hammer?
I guess he just doesn't understand the "I confess to planning and participating in the murder of Teresa Sievers". What a gullible person. He's just lucky his trustworthy murdering friend didn't decide to kill HIM!
To me, this whole story is just still so mindboggling. MS says to his buddy "My marriage has gone bad and I need money. How about if you come on down and kill my wife for me?" and CWW says "Oh, sure friend. No problem. Anything for you!"
Not that it matters in terms of conviction for the charges, but how many here think CWW is claiming that JRR did the actual killing with the hammer? Will JRR's charges get increased to Murder 1? How about MS?
