Just drizzling rain at my oldest’s place in Panama City Beach. Meanwhile, SWFL had 91 deg & a heat index of 107! It would be a blessing to get a little breeze. Maybe even a bit of rain.

I hope people that haven’t evacuated will stay in their homes and wait out the flooding. Too many panic when the water rises and go jump in their cars, thinking they can escape. Then they drown.

Yeah, I've been watching the system off-shore of NC/SC. SE coast of NC. Could become a tropical storm before landing.
