Probably so, he seems to be into delusion IMO.

Cellphone and Walmart surveillance video has convicted half of all criminals LOL. Criminals just aren't as smart as they think they are.I love cellphones.
For every criminal who thinks he's clever, there's cellphone data showing they aren't so cleve
Airplane mode but GPS tracking.
Phone left at home but glaring blackout period.
Patterns of activity that expose the anomalies.
And here we are. True to form, BK's blackout period corresponds directly with the time frame of the crime.
I don't much care that he has a partial alibi for before and after that window!
His defense is off in the ether. Up, up and away.

I keep thinking about SG's statement that BK was close enough to their house that his phone "found" their network. I don't recall if he said his phone actually tried to join their network, but I do remember the robust and educational discussion about wi-fi and how far away you can be and still have your device shake hands with a network. Unless SG is completely mistaken about that, it sounds like they do have some sort of digital evidence of his presence nearby the house at times. I think about that now every time my phone finds a random network while I'm out and about.Yes!
The false information was the survey asking if the person had heard that Kohberger stalked the victims.
This makes it sound like Kohberger stalked the victims and this is false information.
I believe Kohberger was aware of the victims and did some surveillance of them, but he was too clever to leave a digital footprint of having any connection to the victims.
Kohberger specialized in digital data helping to solve crimes. He was smart in covering up his digital footprint and cleaning up blood evidence. To be expected.

I would love to know if BK came up with this alibi after all these months or did AT's team scrounge through all the data and find these random pictures he took in "November 2022" and grab at them like drowning people would grab a life preserver. They certainly know that pictures taken "in November 2022" are not an alibi. Only pictures taken between 3 and 5 that morning would provide an alibi, assuming the meta data would show they were taken in that partk and not in the back yard of King Road.I'm shocked his attorney would present such garbage with a straight face.
If his attorney believes this she is a fool.
I agree. That sheath and DNA definitely puts him in the house that night. No way are they going to find anyone to testify that he was ever there for a party, since he wasn't. And, even if he is bold enough to get up there and testify that he went to a party there once and left a knife sheath behind, how would this knife sheath he left weeks/months earlier wind up in the bed and under the body of a murder victim who happens to have been stabbed? A young lady of that age is not going to leave an unknown person's knife sheath in her bed - or even her room - for months. They might keep it around for a few weeks in case someone came back for it, but that's it.The
When it comes down to it, the DNA will be the main thing the jury concentrates on to put him in the house on that night.

I vote "yes" on the life preserver theory.I would love to know if BK came up with this alibi after all these months or did AT's team scrounge through all the data and find these random pictures he took in "November 2022" and grab at them like drowning people would grab a life preserver. (snipped)
He was wearing a mask. One of the surviving roommates described it. It's in the arrest affidavit. Can someone explain to me why there isn't more DNA evidence? How is it possible to violently attack and kill 4 people with a knife and move around the house and not leave evidence of DNA. Wouldn't he have possibly left spit from the exertion? AFAIK his mouth wasn't covered like the rest of his body.
As for the phone, IMO there will be lots of evidence. The defense knows this and is trying to disprove the reason he was there. If the phone was off you must let BK off!
But this ain't OJ nor is it a celebrity trial. Ahem!
I'm still puzzling about more DNA.

Unfortunately she has to, it's her job to defend BK. I actually admired AT and her handling of this case until the last hearing and a coupe of Motions she filed recently. Even though I believe BK to be guilty, he is entitled to a competent and vigorous defense as are all Defendants.
AT went from extreme professionalism to flustered and accusatory against the State recently. It wasn't her finest moments. I wonder if the pressure of a DP case and having to deal with BK is causing her great angst? I'd really love to know what their interactions are like.

Yeah imo D is going to do it tough in such a scenario unless they can show that AT&T subscribers and/or BK regularly lost coverage in the middle of Pullman. I've just got a hunch D is planning to use their ping man Sy Ray in some other way, It's not going' to amount to much imo especially if BK turned his phone off for those two hours. My understanding is LE phone forensics will reveal if that's the case.' Possible D's gonna use Mr Ray to question the phone forensics and propose phone wasn't turned off (I contend forensics show it was switched off). Can''t see that working for the D but who knows. Moomaybe they are going to say that the phone disconnected going from WA to ID but that will not be very believable if that did not happen on his other 11 trips near the residence IMO, or if most residents do not have that happen IMO.
