Case returns to court in Tennessee February 19, 2015. There is reason for hope in this appalling situation!
It has been one awful year since SH was taken from the only home and family she ever knew, and placed with her career criminal bio father, who hadn't seen her, or been involved in her life in any way, since she was an infant. An excellent summary here in this video, posted yesterday on the grim anniversary of this family's nightmare:

From all indications, the court will hopefully "get it right" this time. It's increasingly clear from expert commentary, Judge Burch's ruling, and articles, that the original decision by Judge Andy Jackson that removed SH and gave her to John McCaul, was illegal.
IMO, even if SH is not returned to the Hodgins right away, she needs to be removed from the home of John McCaul, and visitation with the Hodgins allowed immediately. That's my opinion. I know there's a vocal few who disagree with that, and that's fine with me.
