Smuggling JA drawings of jurors to sell on eBay in order to get a mistrial doesn't seem IMO to be above the smarminess of this DT.
Right?? Well said and Thank you...Is ALV's payment contingent upon not answering any questions posed by the prosecutor? Because she is dogmatically refusing to answer even the simplest of questions posed to her, pretending she either can't understand, doesn't follow, and basically thwarting every attempt to elicit her testimony, on every level.
I can't understand why she refuses to budge and just answer questions. And when the judge sustains JM's objection about the witness being "non-responsive," there's no penalty for her continued obstinance. Can't she be held in contempt of court?
Is it just me or do the defendant and her female defense attorney look like a pair of junior high 'mean girls' - whispering secrets and giggling about their slambooks - each time the jury is escorted from the courtroom? As if they haven't been writing notes to one another all day. Nuts.
Is it true she's got a drawing of juror #5.
Thank goodness they have correction tape, in case JA needs to correct anyone's grammar/paperwork.
Is it true she's got a drawing of juror #5.
No, that is not true to my knowledge. I've never even heard that rumor much less any corroboration. People are simply speculating that she could be sketching a juror or jurors during trial. She certainly seems to be very busily sketching, erasing, sketching, etc. something or someone with great frequency during her first degree murder trial.
Just watched Dr. Drew On-Demand... I missed it last night (The Voice was on... !!!) Anyway, you both did a great job and I yelled to my husband "My friends are on Dr. Drew!" Yeah... I'm an idiot... but you made me proud!

No, his was the controller, so Dick could tell him what to say as the questions came in.
