Eegads...the "golden boy"...! As IF this garnered any sympathy! For sure I felt in that case that Jackie Peterson bred and watered and fed a budding sociopathy straight in to his crimes. But I don't see that so clearly with this family (esp after seeing the interrogations). I'm so curious to see how her family will try and save her life. And anyone else. Will Donovan be called? One of her patrons saying how bravely she served those Margaritas in spite of suffering a cut on her finger by a glass/shelf/apple/cat?

Hey KCL, I know you can't see the future. But do you think anyone in her family, except her mom, will speak for her? I have noticed the absence of her dad and siblings at the closing arguments. I know her dad has health issues, so maybe that is why he isn't there. But I really wonder who will speak up in her favor.

How's the fast going guys? I just got home from a small birthday party at a country club (my friend's 10 year old) and endured sandwiches, burgers, french fries AND cupcakes in my face and drank my water. Now I"m home soothing my soul with watching Juan Martinez closings again. That's my cupcake. Take THAT whoever I"m saying that to!

PS not going to the Vigil nor are my peeps nor the Alexanders. We can't find any info on it, who's organizing, what's the deal and there will be no darkness for candles until at least 2 hours later. I'll see you all on the radio show and maybe after that might go do my own ceremony over this very special pedestrian bridge that's all lit up with brilliant blue light at night.

Katie, I support your and the Alexander's decision to remain private tonite , surrounded by their family and friends. They do not need cameras shoved in their face, etc.

They need to be in the arms of the ones who really love them, and know them. There is something sacred about that.

They are a far cry from the attention seeking mom and pop Anthony!

hmm, thats strange - thats for a vigil for out here in riverside at the cemetary, but that lady is in florida, kinda odd outside ppl would set these things up w/ out the family, but maybe a good thing since this week has been so draining, because maybe now is a good time for every one and the family for quiet spirtitual time and private prayers for true justice

I have been lurking here since the beginning of the trial. Most of the time, I keep up with what is happening via you---all of the dedicated court observers and all WSers who are so devoted to justice for Travis. Been in tears throughout too. As with all of you, I am deeply moved by the Alexander family and especially the love and kindness of KCL and all those who are helping this wonderful family to endure this tragedy. It wasn't enough for this fiend to murder poor Travis three times over; no, she had to murder him all over again in the courtroom with her lies. Juan and Det. Flores have fought tirelessly to make sure that Travis, the true victim, has not been forgotten in the fog that has been this defense. That is why I am so confident that this jury will reach the right verdict-hopefully tomorrow. I join all of you in changing my avi dedicated to justice for Travis. I also changed my siggy from the words of Shakespeare and Faulkner (although this murderer sure fits the sound and fury), and instead now reflects Donne's poem. Juan was masterful ending this journey with those powerful words. Again, thank you everyone for all that you do for the Alexanders and for keeping us informed of the latest from the courthouse. God bless you all --and may justice prevail for the Alexanders.

There is a candle lighting in Phoenix today I am hearing. Since we are all spread far and wide I was thinking .....wouldn't it be a great idea for all of us Websleuthers all over the world to turn our porch lights on and leave them on until the verdict comes in?
