Judge Gull will of course deny this, but I wholeheartedly agree with what they've written in this excellent motion. The ruling she made about the third party stuff has the appearance of being made solely on whether or not it might cause a jury to exonerate RA, not "confuse them." In other words, in my opinion, she ruled against SODDI because the jurors just might believe it. By her ruling, it looks like (IMO) she has already convicted RA and taken any power (to evaluate the validity of the evidence for themselves) the jurors are supposed to have completely out of their hands. The jury now has no role in this case because the outcome has already been decided. All my opinion and I did not call the judge any names. I'm disagreeing with her ruling, not her character, morals, or what she looks like.
