I may be wrong, but IIRC it wasn't too long after the search at the Mondex and I can't even remember what exactly was found or IF it was turned over to LE.
I do recall the incident being discussed on the scanner thread though...Hopefully, someone else knows more than I do...JMO

Hey MAD! Are you thinking that Tommy pushed Nay's car out of the mud? I'm interested too in knowing who pushed Nay's car out of the mud.

From listening to Cobra's interview that is what he hinted. But that could just be his theory. From what he said of all the items that were found, were from a search in March 09.
Items found: glove, men's socks, suitcase with a map, child's toys, inhaler, and car keys. LE knows about this search and did not take any of the items as evidence from what was said. Reason being, some think it was a fake search. What I don't understand is how Nay Nay's car keys were found out there. Cobra tried them out and they did fit her car. It is said that LE did not take any of the items, but that is just heresay/rumor. Maybe LE did who knows, they are very quite about everything.

Yes, there was a call quite recently on scanner thread about a woman finding children's clothes. We never heard anymore about it though. Believe it was sometime since Christmas. Sometimes we get little snips of info that we never hear anymore about because they switch to LE Tech or Tac---private frequency.

Just a note about the search discussed in connection with finding Nay Nay's car keys. That search DID occur with one of our very own members present with her dog to help. The search was set up by Crystal's side of the family and they were all present as well.

It's funny you mentioned that they found an inhaler. TN stated something was missing from the mh that Haleigh needed and some of us speculated that it may have been an inhaler. Now I am more curious.

Can't recall exact date....within the last three-four weeks It tied in with CJ rumor of getting beat up...the arrest of his mom and the car chase/road rage thing...

Children's clothes found in woods...come think of it, now, I am not sure if they were found in San Mateo or further up near palatka...are those places close?

Blue town Car - Belongs to Nay Nay, drove by Amber and she got stuck in the mud.
Area: Behind a church in San Mateo in the woods.
Keys found on a search that is said to be bogus by LE and LE did not want the keys that were found on the side of the road (I guess we can say this is rumor, but it came from Cobra's mouth and if he is lying then LE will take care of it).
This info from an interview Cobra did, WS does not allow the link. Oh, wanted to add that in the interview it was said that someone came out and helped push Nay Nay's car out of the mud.
Something to think about, when Tommy was arrested last year....they also re-interviewed Nay Nay. I guess I will leave it at that since that is all that can be said, because LE has not said anything about this. But I did hear it from an interview done by Cobra. Hope it's OK to post as much as I did. If not, mod's pleae edit or more. TIA

Thank you Madjgnlaw for putting this all together. This information puts me thinking about an entirely different scenario with the disposal of Haleigh. I'm thinking outloud now: could Misty and Nay Nay have been trying to take Haleigh's body somewhere for disposal when the car became stuck and Misty had to call Tommy to help them out. They couldn't have deserted the car with Haleigh maybe in the trunk and just left it there stuck for someone to discover her. Maybe Tommy came to Misty's aid and did the damage to the car pushing it out of the whatever it was stuck in and took Misty back home for the infamous 911 call when Ron returned.......I don't know. I'm still stuck on Ron being involved, but can admit that I'm wrong if I have too, I'm just not ready to admit I'm wrong. Maybe Misty call Nay Nay to help her out after Ron went to werk. This scenario could explain why Tommy sold the truck immediately afterward ie., to hide any paint that was rubbed off during the push out of the mud, or whatever, and that a dead Haleigh had been put into his truck for disposal following the pushing out of the car.........I believe that Nay Nay could solve this if she would just tell the entire story and get it over with. The letter could hold more true information than we thought. Misty could have gone partying over near the Mondex as the letter stated and something happened to Haleigh. Nay Nay could have been the one who picked Misty up that night for the partying. I just thinking out loud here and letting myself be willing to believe a different story than I'm now believing.......just chewing this over.

I'm curious too. It is just unbelievable to think that LE would not check for any of Haleigh's dna on the inhaler just to make sure that it was not hers.

IIRC, there are comments out there that the trunk was also "cleaned" thoroughly. :waitasec:

thats what Im saying!!! But I wonder if Amber would lie for them, especially for misty, Im sure (hopefully) that she has been interviewed by LE, Im sure they know whats happened (they have done a great job keeping things covered up thus far so Im sure they have more evidence they are not sharing). Im still stuck on the car, the letters and witnesses saying misty was not home, all that plus tommy stating he knocked on the glass real hard and no one answered not a sound, makes me think she was def out partying.
