According to Ron's Lawyer Misty Never Returned This Weekend.

Is Misty's whereabouts still unknown to everyone (except LE, who no doubt have a 24/7 tail on her)?

There are conflicting stories and sources, as per normal and new claims that Ron is with Misty versus Misty alone with friends. Depends if the source's agenda is to implicate Misty or paint a happy caring family.

Everyone was freaking out and taking a break from the 'too close for comfort' developments.

Well she was on myspace today,so she's got access to a computer.Her cousin in Michigan was also on today,Charlie,Brandon's brother,so she does have access to contact family.She's close to Brandon.Ron's lawyer says from his understanding she is in the Orlando area and Ron is in phone contact with her.Outside of Florida,I believe her option would be to go to Mass,Michigan or Chelsea's Mom in Virginia.I doubt she'd go to Tenn.I guess as long as she keeps contact with her lawyers and LE,not named a suspect,she's free to go.I'm not sure how that works in an open investigation,but maybe LE has told her to keep contact.

I don't know. I think she left because things were getting hot in Satsuma. Ron was probably getting on her nerves as media was getting on his nerves asking questions or for comments about her. Everybody around her was getting arrested, she's young and stupid and thinks she can run away from her problems. Besides isn't she known for going on benders with her friends? Its impossible to do that with all the media scrutiny in Satsuma.

I would think if I were Misty, I would have to go some place quiet, in search of a moments peace. In the last week, I've had renovations in the home, yuck the mess it creates. A Granny leaving us physically, my daughter arrived from out of state, son and I sick and to doctors all last week taking antibiotics, hubby two states away working two year project, phone ringing off the hook, everyones broke LOL

I found myself looking for somewhere to hide, get away. Broke down crying it was too much. This was just a bad week in my life, not having a hubby to lean on. So I can only imagine what it must be like 8 months of dealing with this in their lives. I'm 50/50 and declining daily on Misty's guilt. Ron's cleared in direct involvement in my mind, then I have about four others I lean towards as over ninty percent possible involvement. Sooo I'm in the middle, and this fence is hard to teeter.

Yup - she's out with Caysey looking for Caylee and Haleigh at Universal Studios. Just like Caysey said -- "she thought she might just walk in".

You know what I am thinking. Prolly not....lol....but I am thinking that the longer Misty is not in Satsuma it really does not look good for LE. Seriously, Misty is the one person that they have been interested in all this time. The one person who has been inconsistent, the one person that LE says is the key. I don't know about you but I always had a very hard time believing that Misty brought harm to Haleigh, personally.

LE has no other idea's but to say misty is the key and our one person of interest.....or whatever they called her.....and Misty is gone. Where? LE managed to bring all the other Croslins back when they tried creeping to parts unknown. So when are they going to bring back the key to their investigation?

I've read on some other forums that she could be in Cocoa Beach with a female leo, and that alot of people are just stating she went to Universal th throw things off & get her out of the spotlight. Could make sense. I have no idea, just speculating, but I did read this on the net.

I think that the idea to put a bug out there that misty went to Universal is simply unbelievable. Who would go to Universal when Haleigh is missing. If that is indeed where she is I am going to be mortified.

I've been thinking along these lines too, w/e MC is doing it doesn't seem likely that she's reflecting quietly upon the circumstances as she clears her head and contemplates her future... no, when the going gets tough, this bunch doesn't strike me as the sort that thinks deeply, faces life squarely and grows from it... They are all used to being able to escape into drugs, alcohol, sex or all of the above, RC included, and the tension had to have reached a fever pitch under GGMS' roof. MC needs detox/rehab/therapy/counseling/intervention all rolled into one but that seems unlikely. Whether voluntarily or not, the one thing she knows is running away from her situation.

I know the article says updated today - but I can't find what is updated. That article is from last week - if you notice it says TC is still in jail, and it states LC stated from her TN home. TC is out, and LC is in custody in TN with a court date of tomorrow.....MC left last week and these quotes from Bowling were from last Tues...what's been updated?? JMO

A big hint that it's left over from last week is that it says they were talking to her to corroborate what her brother said.

I just wanted to say thank you to Muffet & wasalurker! I deleted my post, I don't want to send people off in the wrong direction. Please edit your posts to take out my quote. Thanks so much for the cached link, Muffet. If I find something else that states this info from today, then I'll go ahead & post it. For now, I'm definitely going with you guys and the info is from last week. Misti's normal pattern when she gets into trouble is to run to one of her brothers. She did it after the incident in Flagler County. She went to Michigan and stayed with Timmy I believe it was. So I would look at where Timmy is first off.

Where ever she is, I think Ron is with her. I also think LE knows their every move. I was reading a book about a murder case of two girls, and LE knew where the suspects was 24/7 for over a year until he was caught. You just don't see them. They know your computer activity too. So I am not worried, but Misty should be.:twocents:

Still no hours coming out of that Attorney. He told us last month RC started at 5:00pm...Has anyone even considered RC may have only been employed part time? From all my info, the plant normally closes at midnight. Awfully odd hours for an employee (5 to 12)? If lawyer was telling truth RC did not work full-time.
