I actually think she probably killed herself as she was facing almost 60 years in prison. However, I think it is BS that there is such a double standard. The list should absolutely be made public. Those men committed illegal acts as well and if they are going to hold her accountable, the johns should be held accountable as well. Enough is enough!

And that! Ban hypocrisy! :furious:

Just as Kenneth Lay's conviction was set aside because he died before he was sentenced, so should Ms Palfrey's conviction be set aside.

I just saw this and came over. IMO, there are alot of people who would want this lady dead.

(snip)
Hustler magazine publisher and free-speech advocate Larry Flynt -- one of Palfrey's staunchest advocates -- was the strongest voice forwarding the notion that Palfrey's death was not by her own hands.
"I think the media should be very cautious in treating this as a suicide," Flynt told FOXNews.com in a telephone interview from his Beverly Hills office.
Asked if he believed Palfrey was murdered, Flynt responded: "I personally believe that's what happened, but I have no proof."

She was interviewed on Alex Jones' radio show (I just listened to an audio clip of her interview with Alex) and she stated, positively, that she would NEVER commit suicide. She stated, on the record, that if she was found dead, then she was murdered...

Here is a snip from one of the pieces written about her death, from Alex Jones' website:

..."During several recent appearances on The Alex Jones Show, Palfrey also said that she was at risk of being killed and that authorities would make it look like suicide. She made it clear that she was not suicidal and if she was found dead it would be murder."

"Palfrey had threatened to release the names of well-known clients of her upscale call girl ring in the nation's capitol, and had indicated that Dick Cheney may be one of them."

"We now know it goes at least as high as a United States Senator," Palfrey told The Alex Jones Show, "I'm hearing rumors now from other people that there are other possibilities in that stratosphere so to speak, on that level."

I can't get my cut and paste to work, but you can GOOGLE "Prisonplanet" to find the rest of the article re: the above.

Wayne Madsen, a former CIA operative, has written about Palfrey's 'suicide' as well...

She was murdered...it's very sad, but can't say no one didn't see this coming. Paltrey knew she'd be killed, it was just a matter of time...

If memory serves, you go to trial first, then you find out about your prison sentence, or if there's going to be one (which clearly, there would have been some prison time spent here).

If you read the entirety of her interview with Alex Jones, she stated she knew she would be harmed while in jail as well.

She was a tough lady...if you listen to her interview with Alex, she stated emphatically ON THE RECORD that she was not then, nor ever, suicidal.

As Alex stated when interviewing her, this was a dangerous, dangerous case. High end political figures were quite possibly involved and it wouldn't be the first time a 'murder for hire' would commence should an upper end political figure be found to have had dubious liasons of this nature. Plus, intuition tells me there is a lot more to this situation than has been revealed to the public.

Politics is dirty. People are murdered when certain political figures with wealth, power and control, want to keep their secrets SECRET.

Larry Flynt also called into the FOX news network today and stated, via phone interview, that he felt the news media should tread very lightly re: Paltrey's 'murder,' as he strongly felt she had been suicided.

My heart goes out to her family. I certainly don't condone what she was doing, but she had to have known she was playing with the big guys...and she lost.

Also...wanted to point out that the big wigs would never have wanted their dirty laundry aired during what I am certain would have been a high profile spectacle should this case commence to trial...

Another reason someone may have wanted to silence this lady before that ever happened...

It could also have been her last FU to them, too. To start a conspiracy theory beforehand isn't unheard of in such cases.

Floh's News link says hand written notes found at the home indicating suicide intention. Wonder what kind of paper they were written on ?, paper that was in the home or? Ala Patsy Ramseys legal paper pad. Also wondering IF any of the notes were done on a computer?

She was hanging, which makes me wonder IF an autopsy will be done to see IF she had been drugged? Where was the nylon rope BEFORE she was hung, was it brand spanky new er dusty from the storage shed location, huh, hmmm.

Time will tell us ?maybe?. :waitasec: :waitasec:

One would think that the attorney has ALL of the names on the list. Maybe he will be next, ya think?

Maybe he is wondering about the same thing!

.
I am reminded that Vince Foster's dead body was found in two diverse locations in the park, according to diverse reports from the park service and media reporting, neat trick. Also he shot himself with a gun that was made up out of three distinct antique gun parts. From the book called, "The Strange Death Of Vince Foster."

Neatness is a requirement for accidental and suicidal deaths.

This is exactly what I think as well. Why are these women paraded around while the men are left alone?

She probably wouldn't have gone away for more than 6 years, according to the prosecutors.

Prosecutors estimated that she would have received a sentence between 57 and 71 months, about six years, because of sentencing guidelines and other factors that would have been taken into account.

I can't see her killing herself over 6 years.

From the above CNN link, the madam's own words.
Maybe it was suicide.
"I'm looking at 55 years in a federal penitentiary, and at my age, that is virtually a life sentence," Palfrey told CNN Radio's Ninette Sosa in March. "Realistically, we estimate between eight and 15 years. I'm also looking at the complete forfeiture of my entire life savings and work."

She was also quoted as saying at some point that she would kill herself before she would go back to prison.

>>
Palfrey told writer Dan Moldea, who was helping her write a book, that she would commit suicide rather than return to jail, according to Time magazine.
"She had done time once before [for prostitution]," Moldea told Time. "And it damn near killed her."<<

I listened to an interview with baby Doll Gibson and she knows the names on the list and will disclose them. Presumably through a book as she is an author now. She was close to her and talked to her up to 48 hours before they found her. She is quite sure that it was suicide.

JBean,
Thanks for the info.
I think I jumped to conclusions when I first read about her death. I thought it was murder... part of a conspiracy theory. Maybe not.

Very interesting. I hope she discloses the names and I'll definitely buy the book.
