If Nurmi brought in Samuals to help create the Fognesia™ and ALV to coach JA on feigning BWS they are all going to be exposed for it by her .. and you can mark my words on that :)

.....and you included the trademark......:floorlaugh:

She may say that even if it's not true, now that her brilliant Einstein-level plan has failed. We know she doesn't like to accept responsibility for anything...

To piggy back off your quote, I have been trying to think of the one thing (given all these traits) that if I could, say to her, that would cut her to the core. Not the usual, you are hated, you are despicable...she's use to hearing that.

Just the one thing.............that would shake her being. I cant figure out what it would be. :banghead:
I wish someone would point out two things to her 1) nobody buys your lies and you look foolish while you continue "espousing" them and 2) regardless of all you've done to try to tarnish Travis' reputation and memory, all of those who love him and those who never even met him can see what a loving, caring, honorable young man he was and they also see what a hateful, evil, empty shell you are.
(oh, and... 3) Einstein, de-edify is NOT a real word!! )

So on Wed. JM will present evidence that JA killed Travis "in an especially heinous, cruel, or depraved manner." And then what? DT will ludicrously try to challenge that? Then the jury goes off and votes on whether the killing was cruel or not. I can't imagine that vote won't be unanimous. Then it's on to mitigation where both the DT and JM can present evidence. Is that where JM could use the FOX interview to prove JA is still lying and totally without remorse?

Juan Martinez will point out many reasons besides just the killing in that manner. There are others...Let me run off and go try to find them...

I've posted this several times and I will do it again...One Juror asked JA something like, "Would you tell the truth about what you did to Travis if you were not arrested?".....JA responded after a long pause, "I really don't know how to answer that".

I had that exact thought today! That she will probably accuse him (and anyone else) of sexual impropriety. Seeing how focused (for lack of a better word) he was on all the details of her sexuality, orgasms, etc. during the entire trial, at least the court of Public Opinion might find that claim suspicious. That would be some karma wouldn't it? (although I seriously doubt he ever did anything improper but she WILL go after his jugular and claim it I think you're right!).

Heck she could even claim that against De LaRosa who acted in very strange overtly intimate ways with Jodi in the courtroom...it actually made me uncomfortable watching it, in person and on camera.

BBM

So it did come across like that in person too?

:floorlaugh: I didn't notice your trademark protection. Good move! I know there is competition; I recall Madam K. referring to "fauxg", for example. So, you can't be too careful.

She'll come up with iVersion 4.0 and say that she was following the advice of her lawyers throughout the trial and continued to lie, but now she is ready to tell the truth of why she killed Travis and what really happened .. that's what I'm hoping for anyway :)

I don't think she'd care. She'd just cast her baleful gaze upon you and intone some nonsense about "praying for you," and how you're just part of the "social need to persecute someone." No winning with that girl, I'm afraid.

Notice in the interview, JA throws Nurmi under the bus? First sign of appellate issues - Just like OJ is doing now with Galanter.....

I think it's TruthDetectors trademark .. I'm just avoiding a lawsuit :)

Sadly, Mrs. G., I have to think you may be right. I'm sure a new tale is in the offing as we speak. It may yet appear from the never-ending saga that is the 45 minute interview, being delivered from FOX as though it is being transcribed with stone chisels.

He never actually touched me but I could tell he was undressing me with his eyes. That is rape. Rape by eye. My therapist, Aylce, says a lot of people try to blame the victims of eye rape rather than the perpetrators.

They practically stuck their tongues in each others ears in open court, it was gross. You know she's going to drag ruffle suit into it.

Oh, there is no possible way she said what she did in that interview with the sanctioning of her lawyers- she continued trashing the victim and spewing her lies, showed zero remorse, asked for the death penalty, and basically threw them under the bus too, by not admitting false/non-existent evidence of hers.

There is NO WAY in the world a judge or whoever will find any issues with her respresentation or anything else in the case...Nurmi and Wilmott, IMO, worked their butts off and did a good job. They got plenty of time, plenty of chances for witnesses, got JSS to discuss virtually every objection with them before she ruled....no way, let's hope for a death sentence 'cause it ain't getting turned over...it will be final and she'll fade away from the spotlight forever...

It's my opinion that Samuels and Violin were "coaches" for JA - They supplied her with enough material to "match" what the defense theory was. The jurors saw right through it.

HAH. We have a starbucks (2 actually) in the same strip mall across from the High School. Last night I was over there and saw the usual skateboarders. I actually looked to see if any of them were carrying screwdrivers!

This case has gotten way too far in my personal space!

:scared:

Mel

I saw a lone guy on a skateboard & I wanted to tell my hubby to pull over so I could roll down my window and ask him that same question.

My hubby shook his head & kept driving... :floorlaugh:

Gals (and guys), I must say we should all be prepared for what the defense will come out with in Mitigation (if it comes there, which I'm sure it will). I mean, Nurmi and Wilmott have fought vigorously thus far, and now it's really gonna all be on the line for them with Jodi's life. I think they will come out full force, using whatever they got. So just sayin', we should be prepared for the worst.

Im assuming you're talking about travis bashing. On the one hand I'm not sure they will go there, cause clearly the jury didn't buy into it. If they had they would'nt have come back with a M1 verdict.

Or I'm just extremely naive.
