As I was reading through all the Quora stuff, I also noticed how he had an answer for everything. I've often thought that he was also actually the one "pretending" to ask the questions too. I think he made up a lot of the questions himself. Then he would answer the questions, sounding like a real "Mr.-know-it-all". It just seems to me there were an awful lot of questions to begin with. JMO.
I thought he asked the questions, too.

Dec 2. Discovery hearing
Dec 16. Trial setting conference
Upcoming events. Hopefully the news will cover it.
You would think the trial processes would go fast, but I don't know the normal time frame in AK.
In OH this year there was a trial for a serial killer who also videoed the killing, but it still took 2 years to bring him to trial.

I was thinking, well how much serious crime is there up in Anchorage that they aren't covering this more?!! I decided to just link some newspapers here, oh but, there's really only one that's popular-- The Anchorage Daily News.

The first link is already an interesting criminal case with the reporter's phone number at the bottom of the article. Hello Jeff... ;)
Man ‘of interest’ in Mat-Su triple homicide indicted on sex assault and trafficking charges

Here's their tv news channel. I guess all the prisoners wear Goldenrod Yellow color.

They have some dangerous guys up there!

Be a doll and pass on that discount promo code when you find one. Will ya?

I did TellMeGen for my whole family because I wanted the health/pharmacology aspect not the ancestry. I don't think the ancestry is very accurate at all so if that's the primary goal I'd skip it. My primary goal was health and medication compatibility.

However, I also got 23andMe to do the ancestry. Now I just have to actually do it. Not sure I want MORE relatives.

Oh definitely. There are some HORRIFIC crimes up there. 2 especially memorable ones.
Dude that literally set women free in the wild and hunted them like animals.
Dude who killed like his entire tiny village only accessible by plane. they were sitting ducks.

It makes sense that a thief may have dropped the card. It wouldn't be weird for a thief to ditch the card anyway. But they may very well watch it first.

Then realizing what they found, obviously not have the stomach to throw it away. There is a huge difference between a thief and a sadistic killer. A thief wouldn't want him to get away with it either.

I tend to think that the thief himself may have labeled it. I think if the killer labeled it the label would not be so pleasant. I think it would be something that only he would understand. Or something he would remember about his victim.

You know how some serial killers remember certain things? Like one victim took a long time to die, or one fought harder, or one bit him.... I think it would be something like that. I don't think it would be so straightforward and blunt.

Is it possible she is in shock or not ready to process that her husband is a killer. Once reality hits then you have to question every detail of your life with that person. Do you feel guilty for missing things?

Just imagine how stupid you feel when you realize you've been cheated on... and you missed the signs.
Then magnify that by about a million because you didn't realize you married a killer.
Then throw in survivors guilt because they are dead and you are not.
Then throw in the guilt because you might have been able to save them if you had made plans with him that night or something.

I'm thinking if you had a good relationship with your husband you might say NO to it immediately. But things... suspicious things might start coming to your mind. Some might stay in denial....etc.
As far as we know, women are often in the dark about 'goings on'. Some guys are extremely good liars.

Absolutely most would immediately go to a no.
Honestly I hope that investigators are able to isolate some audio from the video for her and play it. Like bridge guy. So she doesn't have any doubts, if she still does.

OhMyGosh!

Wasn't it the audio that LE recognized from another, not disclosed yet, investigation? Pretty sure they have audio. Not completely sure how
much of his face is on the videos or the pics.

Honestly that other investigation could just be him reporting a theft too. It may be nothing big.

Jumping off above posts.
I thought he was investigated for another crime too.
●Did his wife say that?
Oh, boy, it's so easy to forget.
●Or is it a news misquote?
●So how did they recognise his voice?
What I had thought was that it was a small town and they were just familiar with him and his voice. He would stand out.
●Was the other case he was investigated for earlier (if there was another case)...Veronica's, but LE had little proof at the time?
Let's hope we find out some of the answers!
BTW I think he'll plead guilty....

This is slightly off topic, but I was reading about the Burning Sun scandal in South Korea and the recent arrest of K-pop stars. The news article said a separate investigation found 1,600 people had been secretly filmed in motel rooms... are you kidding!... :mad:with the footage live-streamed to more than 4,000 customers. What?!!
South Korea spycam: hundreds of motel guests secretly filmed and live-streamed online - CNN

It makes me wonder if BSS was filming other unsuspecting hotel customers or streaming to others to make money. He sure liked his tech equipment and making videos.

He worked in hotels. Has anyone else thought this was possible for him to be doing?

JMO and thoughts

It's not being reported that BSS was in court today. I checked the newspaper just now.

Sorry. What's that mean for the 16th? Nothing till February now?

I hope the Alaska courts don't keep delaying and postponing. After all, BSS initially confessed to the two murders. Hope his face is in those pics and videos.

Can I share some news here?

The Alaska list of missing persons has been recently updated. It might be helpful for LE in finding more victims of BSS.

I was excited that we'd have a list to refer to if there were anymore victims of BSS, but it's limited for our use.

Online registry in Alaska shows 1,239 missing people since 1960

The Actual List is here. It only contains the names, but not the descriptions of the missing people. It does have the dates the person was reported missing; however, it's still limited info for our use.
