From last Thursday before the long weekend break.
You can Watch Video too.

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) - When the jury in the murder trial of Brian Smith Thursday morning was shown pictures of a skeleton found along the Seward Highway, muffled crying could be heard in the courtroom.

Kleenex tissues were handed back to the gallery as pictures of a small skeleton, curled in a fetal position, were shown to the jury. The human remains were discovered by Alaska Railroad workers along a windy stretch of the highway, and in previous testimony, prosecutors have said they belong to 30-year-old Kathleen Jo Henry. :(

An officer with the Anchorage Police Department testified that bones were missing from parts of the hand.

“The jawbone is right here,” said Shawn Davies, pointing to a picture on a large screen behind him. “You can see teeth on the bottom part of the jawbone.”

On Thursday afternoon, numerous law enforcement officers spoke to the jury while going over the hundreds of photos taken in the Marriott hotel room, Smith’s home and of the skeletal remains on the highway.

One of those officers was APD Lt. Amanda Fisher, who showed the jury multiple pictures of Smith’s home as well as the firearms they found there. It was in his living room that Smith said he shot Abouchuk while she lay on a red couch, telling detectives he became angry over her refusal to shower. Smith reportedly picked up Abouchuk outside a grocery store to have sex with her.

Fisher testified that during the investigation APD sprayed a substance on the carpet that turns an area a glowing blue color if blood is possibly found. After applying the substance, the carpet changed color, indicating that the carpet may contain blood.
.....Further testimony on the carpet is expected to come next week.
They could have stopped Brian from killing back in 2018 when Alicia Youngblood contacted the police. Information given from Brian details calls and police reports. APD didn't listen to her and they allowed him to roam freely to inflict more harm!

MOO here, there's nothing new about the fact that police had talked to Alicia Youngblood, and that she told the police things. Not sure the police can be blamed though. It was presented to some extent in the courtroom what Alicia told LE.

However, I'm not sure they could do much with the info without further evidence. LE couldn't arrest BS on hearsay and hold him indefinitely in custody. They probably didn't have enough actual proof, solid evidence, to charge him. And then, unfortunately, as I understood it, Alicia died, and couldn't testify to anything she told LE.

All MOO.

I recognized BS in this trailer for a series starting October 20, 2024 on the Court TV channel. Looks like his interviews will be included in one of the episodes. In any case, it looks like an interesting series.

1729911641806.png The new Court TV episode on Brian Smith's interviews and the case is definitely worth watching. I lucked out and the repeat of it is on right now. Everyone, Watch It if you can.

That wasn't a secret though about Alicia Youngblood. In fact, Court TV's new program is on right now covering the case and showing some really clear details including Alicia Youngblood. This may not be all true, but Brian Smith says in his interviews that she liked it rough and encouraged him to some extent. They both made up stories of crimes they did, his might've been real though. She may have been working with LE later on, after their relationship changed. Alicia was supplying LE with info, but started to tell her LE contact that she was getting scared what was going on BS was getting too wild.

LE did get a lot of info from her; however, they say on the show that Alicia moved and died in Oklahoma before LE could do anything further with her as their witness.
Even though we followed this case very closely for years, still some of this show is revealing chilling details. All MOO.

If you find their schedule of episodes and when they'll repeat each you might be able to see it at this link. I thought it was worth watching.
