Shaquille Carawan, 20, is facing two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of second-degree murder in the Oct. 2 deaths of Novely Rivers and Abigail Olson, both 18. Carawan is also charged with tampering with physical evidence and furnishing or delivery of alcoholic beverages to persons under the age of 21.
