According to the stream, Bibb Co. John Doe has been identified as Daniel "Danny" Paul Armantrout.

His identification represents the oldest case of a National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) subject ever solved by genetic genealogy.

Unfortunately, all of Danny's parents are since deceased (his biological father in 1973, his mother in 2011, and his stepfather in 1983).

Yes, only known living relative from what I've gathered.
