These men all went missing in Alabama from 2013 to 2019 and are around the same height and age as the deceased. I've arranged them by their closeness to Birmingham.

James Luther Shroyer originally from Fairhope AL, transient, addict and family last heard from him in late 2012 when he called them and said he was in TX and headed to CA. Fits on height and age estimates. According to DoeNetwork, known to jump trains and ride across the country. Unlike him to be out of contact with family for so long - this would fit well with timing if he died early in the PMI period of 2013.
While he had tattoos of a mushroom and the name Tiffanny, I read the Namus entry that only part of the remains were mummified, which I guess means some parts would not have recognisable marks. Ditto he had a distinct nose, having had it broken multiple times, but if his skull was one of the parts that was skeletal, this tissue damage may not have been noticeable.

Thoughts?
