The sentencing dates for Dustin and Scott noted in this article were delayed, as well. Chessie may should be reconsidering her plea now that the prosecution is 2 for 2 with a jury and 6 for 6 overall counting the youthful offender agreements, the plea agreements and the jury trials.

I am so impressed with how quickly things can get done in Alabama. This jury came to a guilty verdict in only two hours.

The one I wonder about the most now is Chessie. She knew that gmom testified against Brittney during the trial against Robertson, yet kept Britt around her? Let her live in her home? Why? That alone makes me believe everything the victim said that Chessie did. Maybe Chessie didn't spill the beans on anyone else at that time bc she was covering her own azz. Maybe Britt was threatened with her family when she was younger and that's why she only ratted on Robertson. Maybe Robertson didn't rat on anyone else bc he's old school and believed in an oath amongst these perps.

Everytime I see Team Brittney, I hum the theme from speed racer. Kinda catchy. Can't think of anything better than sweet justice right in time for Christmas and right after Thanksgiving. Yeah, that's what I'm thankful for!

JMO, the DA must have a reason / strategy for the order of trying the list of accused. JMO

Has the DA saved the trials of those who may know more about BW's disappearance for last?

Will the DA have bargaining chips with those now convicted to spill some beans about BW's missing status in hopes of lighter sentences?

Will those still waiting for resolution to their cases be more willing to talk now that they are seeing the speedy convictions of their relatives/friends/partners in crime?

Might we finally learn something / anything about the events of BW's disappearance?

I'm so very happy Wendy was found guilty, and I'm so proud of the victim for being strong enough to stand up against her abusers. It is very clear to see the victims had a lot of people around them that didn't believe a word they said, and I truly believe there are more victims that are to embarrassed to admit what this sick group of people did to them for a long time. I'm very concerned about the victim's friend that testified today. Why would she be having seizures and problems at school because of this case? I believe her mom not wanting to be involved in the "drama" is strange. I truly wish we could find out what happened to Brittney. My heart breaks for her, and those that loved and cared for her. Praying for continued guilty verdicts. Especially, for the one person that should have been her protector, her mother.

Dustin's plea agreement in Both counties on all charges removing life potential is noted.

Baldwin County arrests were a year before Mobile County, so it seems to reason, they're coming up for trial first. Although, I still have a final four theory going with who is 'us 4' in those letters to and from Wendy. That still could fit an arrest timeline depending on when those letters were written.

We all got to see what Brittney had to go through many years ago by seeing what the brave young witness went through in the WWH trial this week. It didn't stop years ago as it should have. Children shouldn't have to fight these battles and be threatened and called liars! I'm thinking about Brittney a lot, and all who love her. Steph and Wally, and all who have kept searching and caring, I respect all your courage and strength, and pray you get answers and Justice.
