:waitasec: Seems to me, everytime that person (or personS) posts, on whatever site, they tip the defense's hand. They function like the defense's canary in the coal mine. The IS post in question here pretty much lays out what the defense hopes to do with these ridiculous TES investigations... but why would they want to alert anyone to what they might be digging for? (Not that we aren't pretty much aware and prepared ahead of time, every time, but YKWIM?)

It is all very :banghead: IMO. Agree with previous poster who suggested ignore feature, but want to add "take notes, THEN ignore." :twocents:

I believe they are goading and trying to promote discussion which will yield helpful info for the Defense ...

^ I also think they're trying to derail a subject from whatever direction it's taking.

Agree ... they are throwing out specific names though too -- IMO to solicit investigating and dialogue about TES searchers ...

I wonder if the Mods of that blog have been warned about this person?

They are also posting on Val's Hinky and getting some response from Val.
They are posting the same type of statements which got them BANNED from here.

I was just gonna say that lol...don't think Val is going to put up with it. He/she is also on FB...just sayin'

I just love Bill Sheaffer! Thanks so much for posting this Nums24. I've been reading what Fla*Mom has been going through, and worrying what the Defense is up to - what sneaky way they will twist someone's testimony to refute what an innocent person has said - and along comes Bill Sheaffer! Who cares how many so called press conferences the Defense has! Who cares how much they complain and pull some stunt to counter the state - it means nothing and doesn't matter one bit. (I'm paraphrasing here! But you get my meaning!)

Those who think she's guilty will thinks she's guilty and those who think she is not guilty will continue to think so - none of this matters because none of these people will be on the jury.

If like me you've had concerns sneaking up back of your left shoulder, please watch his comments. I guarantee you will laugh with relief and feel a whole lot better at the end of it.

Well I liked what BS said at the end of the video that is does not matter if they find 4000 people that were on Suburban, if they are not in the exact spot and can testifiy that there was no body there, who cares. Whew.

Which is why it was narrowed down to 50 yards (or was it feet?) of where the remains were found.. NOT the whole Suburban area, which they are claiming.

EVEN if they found another low area on that street that was dry or not holding water, it wouldn't mean a thing. That area's water might have a way to run off to a lower area, etc.

:banghead: Ya just gotta love a poster who lives up to one's nicname :banghead:

UMMMMMM ya know what I mean, like "joy of pathology" does :angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel::angel:

Have you found a PHOTO of this man anywhere?

I searched high and low last night...thought I recalled seeing a photo of him with Baez, but was then reminded by another that the photo was actually of Baez and Mort Smith :banghead:

Guess if you are PI, you don't want to be easily recognized?

But I thought that was what was stipulated in Strickland's original order, but Judge Perry essentially lifted that restriction in his subsequent order which superceded Strickland's order, giving the defense access to all 4,000 records?

Not that it makes a hill of beans difference, the guy is good at getting you to talk. Very personable.

I was making soup at the time and when he was leaving he said "Oh, next time I come I will be here later in the day so the soup will be done.

Chatted about how he was retired New York cop/detective and was very good at it. (Good at getting a person to feel like you could talk to him. He just didn't know I had nothing to give him.)

Lyons was NY Transit Police:

I'm not that smart :innocent:but I looked at the latest posted motions from Muzikman and LB's is noted as a "cancelletion." Arghhhh - it scares me when legal documents have new words for me to learn..... :banghead::banghead:

Interesting in the article it says:

Sgt. Jack Maple, who heads the decoy teams, is fond of saying that their work consists of "hours of boredom and moments of terror." It is a sentiment that all the officers endorse, none more than Jerry Lyons, who has endured many hours of boredom--feigning sleep on the subway--and one particular moment of sheer terror.

"I was sitting on the train," he recalled. "I was well-dressed. I had a yarmulke on, and my glasses. I had a gold chain on. I gave the impression that I was dozing. I felt something on my chain and I opened my eyes a little bit. I saw a razor blade at my throat and I saw it go from my left to my right across my throat.

And if you go to this link:

http://search.barnesandnoble.com/The-Crime-Fighter/Jack-Maple/e/9780767905541

page 2 ~ In our crew, only Officer Jerry Lyons had clearly out dressed me that night, and he had played the role of the drunk vic in the suit, the party hat and the gold chain.

It seems as though Jack Maple is writing about the incident in the subway and has included Jerry Lyons in his book.
