Floh, that is one of the saddest things I've read here. I have no doubt Lynne is telling the truth.

Lutfi should not be in BS's life anymore. He does remind me of ANS's HK Stern. Dispersing drugs, keeping the family out, controlling events and even the little things like phones, and using paparrazi (sp) to his advantage.

I hope having her family more involved now is the start of something new for Britney.

If Lynne has to take care of Britney this closely once she's out, I don't know how she's going to be able to raise Jamie's baby once he/she is born.

Could someone refresh me on some facts about Lufti? Were he and Britney romanctically involved and what happened to her new foreign boyfriend? If Britney only met Lufti in October, he sure moved fast. She was having problems before that, but did seem to get worse in the last months.

Brit "thrilled" b/c he has been blamed from her life....ok yeah, I think this is just something the family is throwing out to make themselves look better...and trust me, I am not saying the family is ANY better than S.L...

S.L. may not be totally to blame. After all Brit is not all there, he sure didn't waste anytime taking advantage of that situation. If the family is throwing info out on him to make them look good, then how do you explain three restraining orders against S.L.? Restraining orders aren't handed out willy nilly. The guy has a seriously questionable past that pretty much validates the latest info involving Brit.

ETA: I guess my point is nothing anyone from Brits family is going to make this yahoo look any worse than he already is. Plenty outside the family have lots to say. And backed up by court docs it appears.

There's never been any word out there that they were romantically involved. He may be gay, he was blackmailing his previous "client" with nude pictures. Ali commented last week that she and Britney met Sam through mutual friends. She didn't say whom those friends were. Ali also said Adnan was a pap that had been following and snapping pics of Britney for eight months. Adnan delivered flowers and books to the hospital on Monday (while Britney's parents were at court), but didn't visit with Britney, no word on why.

Well at least they are doing something now!!! IIRC, they also tried last year to get her help but she cut them off. You can't go around having people committed "willy nilly", esp. if you aren't even in their life. I said it in an earlier post and I'll say it again, the Spears' are damned if they don't, damned if they do.

I grew up in L.A. and still have family there. Restraining orders are not easy to get there. I have had plenty of experience in L.A. I don't care where you live, it's not normal for anyone to have three (that we know of) restraining orders. And as far as how long it took for her family to intervene. Brit is an adult, what were they legally supposed to do? Sam may have bamboozled them as the way he did Barbara Walters. Sam's only been in the picture 4 months.

He then proclaimed that he has been in the family for a year and that he had one nothing but good for Britney. At this point, it was two or three in the morning. Britney was meandering around the house. She would let me hug her, but she was out of it.

I've heard October. He may have known Brit before then. But it seems he latched on to her and took over after Ali moved out and she had lost her last manager. Whenever that happened.
