Yes that makes sense Doidy and you could well be right!

One of the many things that confuses me is the fact that he didn't call an ambulance, didn't make up some story about there being an "accident" and Allison dying etc - he could have made up some pretty good accident stories (unless she was strangled I guess, bit hard to explain that) - the fact that he clearly acted like he hoped she would never be found - so coldly and callously, does make me wonder about premeditation. Of course he simply could be a cowardly, evil, narcissistic, pathetic, dishonest prat who only cared about himself after the deed was done.

That brings me to my thoughts of two senarios if Allison was buried in a shallow grave (must have had some help and somewhat premeditated) or placed in some bushes (cowardly and unpremeditated for random attack), did he want her found for the insurance or never been found to cover the murder? What twists and turns would have happened with the insurance and murder if she wasn't found? Either way thanks to the rains, Allison was able to come out to show us her clues.

If the children were there and used to the arguing they could have slept peacefully throughout the ordeal. Don't forget GBC, OW & Big Daddy were in the forces so the murderer would have known how to 'quieten' the problem quickly. I think he panicked because of the noise and what the neighbours were hearing. I was suffocated once and unconsciousness comes quickly, luckily I was jolted and gulped for breath after the pillow was removed.

JUST IMAGINE IF GBC SAID HE WAS SEARCHING FOR ALLISON ALL NIGHT and wasn't asleep? That would have explained the activity at the roundabout & bridge, the facetime call, the phone charger, everything. Oh he must have panicked in front of the police which makes me think it was not premeditated because they COULD HAVE HAD A BRILLIANT EXPLAINATION OF THE NIGHT'S ACTIVITIES and a total change of the outcome.
then in the morning after the texts and 000 call 'she was depressed, we argued, she took off and I allerted the family and we've been searching all night for my wife'
BUT HE SAID HE WAS ASLEEP......

Maybe she threatened to call TM and he attacked her to take her phone, GBC or Allison threw her phone away it got out of hand.

there was some discussion of this in an earlier thread which I think holds weight - tho I'm not a lawyer. People were saying that police have to b able to demonstrate at a future date shld there b a trial that they had held an open mind, explored all possible perpetrator theories rather than just assumed GBC did it. Thus they had to avoid a potential situation in which GBC's defense lawyers claimed biased police investigating as evidenced in police publicly stating from the start they suspected she had been murdered and that her husband had done it. In fact in WA at this week rayney's lawyers r using this very defence it appears, getting pathologists on the stand saying the police had advised them from the outset that 'they knew rayney did it'

I think you are right here Doidy. The QPS had to treat Allison's disappearance as a 'missing person' report. However it wasn't long before they were saying they had a suspect. Then that went quiet until he was arrested. QPS would have had a strategy in what they released to the public. Maybe all this was a way to hopefully get a confession from GBC. JMO.

I saw an early release of the film "Arbitrage" and while I don't want to be a plot spoiler, so many incidents reminded me of the whole situation with GBC ie explaining wounds away, panicking, calling people in the middle of the night for help, trying to explain to detectives. It helped to understand how the family may have reacted that night and the "hero" in the film was a lot brighter that GBC

This Captiva was his car originally, so perhaps it was fitted for real estate pretender like him.

Notice that he had the 'accident' in the white vehicle witnessed by a poster and her daughter, before Allsion missing.

Almost like he was giving her the Captiva to cover the inside with her prints etc bfore he used it for moving her as a corpse (sorry) on that evening.

Sure looks pre meditated to me, oh and he used an accomplice am sure, pre organised, on a 'secret payroll' which the BCs do hide in the labyrinth of Cos and Trusts etc.

Berry - the way the BC's have kept quiet and have not been cooperative for the QPS speaks volumes and as far as I am concerned their actions make me feel like (sooooo MOO) they can be classed as accomplices soley for this fact. This is a simply personal and independent observation.

I am sure there was a heap of underhanded stuff going on. Especially in the real estate business, shonky builders reports to expedite sales, false pest inpsections the list goes on.

The reported sighting of Allison and indeed the whole roundabout thing has my head going round and round in circles!

I had to just say that I remember that too from way back as well.

So agree Olli, not only his absolute stupidy but I bet he always got his way, GBC seems to be the biggest bully that walked this earth, bullies are cowards as they only control the weaker, I somehow feel his childish temper tantrums at home & at the office would have anyone involved with him either scared or running for cover. I'd bet he could do no wrong in mummy's eyes. Aren't I wonderful. I wouldnt be surprised if they commended him for being the shark that he is.

I think that is why he thought was absolutely bulletproof & sooo believable when he was in front of the cameras that day with the blubbering mouth & chin, covered in those horrid (caterpillar) bites & scratches oh look at poor me!
I can imagine the life poor Allison was going through with that family lurking around pushing & prodding on the payroll.
BUT THEN OUR WONDERFUL POLICE OFFICERS CAME THAT DAY !

So agree Olli, not only his absolute stupidy but I bet he always got his way, GBC seems to be the biggest bully that walked this earth, bullies are cowards as they only control the weaker, I somehow feel his childish temper tantrums at home & at the office would have anyone involved with him either scared or running for cover. I hear you Olli, there are victims and survivors it sounds too familiar to this survivor but unfortunately poor Allison was worn down so she couldn't run like some of us have....or she left her time to run too late....she then became the ultimate victim.

I have patience to wait for the court case because I feel we all need closure on this. lease:

Yes the TV would have been raging CofF simply because they would want background noise for the girls.

And it was probably GBC that watched the footy show regularly and not Allison. For as she isdescribed, ballet dancer, 7 languages, management roles, devoted mum I fail to see her being a devout fan of the show as GBC makes out, most mums have retired way before this time, the wine they had with dinner is making them feel quite like they need to retire to bed.

But that is no surprise really -she didn't go for a walk whether it was that evening or the following morning and she certainly wasn't around to watch that bloody show. The only thing we can confidentaly say about that evening is that she did have a great hair do.
