I just hopped onto this thread and someone may have already commented on this, but what do you think Casey's reaction to this news would be? Her boyfriend is working with LE and taping her brother? I'll bet she was hyperventilating and asking for meds.

I find it disgusting that LE has to rely onother people to get helpful info out of the "A" Team to try to get to the bottom of what happened to their daughter/granddaughter/niece. GA, CA, and LA should feel ashamed, not for what KC did as they are not responsible for her actions but for how they have behaved since....deplorable.

Pipitone gave his opinion of the results of TL being wired and meeting with LA...

In a jail visit with Cindy and George, Casey was pissed at them (it's the visit where she freaks out and makes the ugly faces and shakes her fists in front of her face. in case you want to watch it so you can hear her) and told her parents that she is "so frustrated it hurts to swallow" (or something close to that) but when Casey says the word "frustrated" it sounds like "fruschrated". People have kinda latched onto some of "Casey speak" because of the freaky way she says things.

The reporter had an umbrella for shade and his camera, and was sitting on the grass parkway to the left of the Anthony home. George's temper got the best of him and he kicked the umbrella and camera over, and had to be held back by another man. I really feel that if he hadn't been restrained, George would have beat the reporter up.

Then there were several incidents of George (and Cindy) confronting protesters and reporters. In one incident, George had a hammer and shoved a woman. Lee took the hammer away from his father and restrained him.

i think that is only if they request it.

but i still am not sure why it is part of discovery. if i understand sunshine, if prosecution is going to use something they have to give it to defense and thus we see it. is that right?

still weird. why is prosecution using this info if this is the case? i didn't see any particularly damning evidence in the summary of their conversation.

I'm really late and still catching up, so donning kevlar before I ask the obvious, but it appears that Tony's co-operation was not entirely unselfish.

Looks as if DEA had a hand in the dealings, thus, I am thinking Tony 'helped' himself while helping with the wire tap.

I'm not minimizing his assistance, I just want to be sure I'm reading this right.

The way I understand it, under the Sunshine Law in Florida, anything released to the defense becomes public. The prosecution only releases to the defense items it's going to use in the prosecution of a case. So, although the prosecution hasn't released a transcript of the recorded conversation between TL and LA, they are going to use it in the prosecution. I think they intend on putting TL on the witness stand and testify to what Lee told him. I suspect Lee said something that's going to be used by the prosecution as evidence.

Why did LE tell Tony not to talk to Casey about the case or ask her any questions if she contacts him? LE said something about that would violate client / lawyer privaleges..but how if someone talks?
I always wondered why they didn't wire tap Tony and have him talk to Casey.
