There is no good reason to have driven that car home. period.

Do you think it would have been different if they called 911 from the Tow yard?

Defense atty Richard Hornsby says "The trunk was too clean"

There is a youtube on this site with his explanation! saying she did not act alone?? I think the Anthonys really tried to scrub that trunk.....& that' why chloroform was detected in high amounts.

Brad C says the Anthonys are seeking immunity... but have not mentioned immunity. He also says that the Anthonys have done nothing wrong ( but they need immunity?) I have to say HMMMMMM. Is LE the big bad wolf, and they just want to question the Anthony's to get some overtime in? How far can the defense attorneys spin this case without destroying all credibility? They drove a car home that smelled like a dead body- when most of us would have called 911 right in the tow yard,if we had family missing.
Then cleaned it, sprayed fabreeze, removed and washed items, called it pizza. Lied to investigators, mislead the public and searchers, gave the wrong hairbrush and admitted it, limed the yard, talked in code. Sheesh, why would anyone suspect them of obstruction.
Wow, when you put it that way it, it would be hard to call it anything but obstruction. Great post.:clap:

I remember being very impressed when the CSI team found that hair in the trunk of Kc's car.

We have no proof that the A's did in fact clean the trunk but after hearing their interviews about them wanting to keep the car in the garage to keep KC away from taking the car, it is entirely logical to assume that they tried to clean the smell that was coming into the house.

run-on sorry .... phew!

If the Anthony's are asking for immunity then I believe it's because they know that they've done something illegal.

Lets start with Casey's Car. A key piece of evidence that the Anthony's had access to for hours before the police were called.

Does anyone else find it odd that George drove the car home from the Tow Yard?

On July 15th Cindy & George haven't seen Caylee in 30 days & haven't seen or heard from Casey in over a week. They receive a letter from a Tow Yard stating that Casey's car has been Towed.

When George arrives at the Tow Yard & opens the Trunk it smells of "Death" & Casey's purse is sitting on the front seat. The smell was so bad that when George was approaching the Trunk he said to himself..."Please don't let my Granddaughter be in there"

Why didn't George & Cindy panic & call the Police right then & there ?

THE CAR SMELLED LIKE A DEAD BODY & CASEY & CAYLEE ARE MISSING
-snip-

- Cindy texted with Casey every single day from the time Casey left home.
- Cindy talked on the phone with Casey every single day except approx 2 days. This is supported by the phone logs, as well as Cindy's testimony at the bond hearing.
- Cindy talked on the phone with Casey on the morning of July 15. This is the phone records.
- Cindy and George both knew 100% that Casey was alive.
- Cindy and George had not heard or seen Caylee since the day Casey left home.
- Cindy and George both knew all along that the only person missing was Caylee.
- Cindy and George have both known all along that what they knew from their respective professional experience was the smell of a human being decomposing was most likely the body of their grandchild, Caylee.

How would this "immunity deal" work for them, if they've already stated that they will stand "strong together" as a family ? Immunity for saying nothing ? Anything they say would go against "standing strong" as a family at this point...

What is it anyway. Are they willing to betray Casey in order to save themselves?OR do they finally realize that what they did so far ain't helping her OR them and they are afraid?
