While I was looking, I found this and it states he was sitting on a bus stop bench when he was recognized just before he was arrested. *ding ding ding* bus stop. That is probably how he got away from the hospital after the wreck. Something else we have pondered.

Yes, I looked up the bus stop stuff few days ago. I forgot there was a bus stop right there at the hosp. Prob runs ever few min. It also runs that route on Sunday and evenings. ... yeppers

I didnt see that one coming for sure. I think he had been in her life since she was 12 and she seemed to like him. I dont think any of her family saw that one coming. People sure can pull shockers.

Well Lookie Here! Crystal still assessing under her ex name, but div records show she went back to Lowery. And it shows both have AL and CL have assessed for 2014 so, they possibly sold the other veh or someone else drives it.

I went back and looked at the picture and that car in the drive way is a Mitsubishi Galant, so I don't know about the Malibu.

I am sure she just didn't go in and change her name on the filing. That is done all the time. I have been previously married, years ago and I never made a special trip to the DMV to get my name changed until it was time for my renewal. As long as she pays the taxes they could care less what her last name is. It wouldn't have been worth it to me, to go though getting the loan company to change a last name and I bet it wasn't to her either.

Im wondering how the FOIA works when records are sealed. I guess they cant use that until they are unsealed? I was thinking about that the other day wishing they could use the FOIA. BTW is AR a sunshine law state like FL? Im guessing not? If so, once the prosecution hand over to defense the media can get it.

I think most all States and government have a "sunshine" law. IIRC that's kinda what the FOIA is. But when we hear Sunshine Law, we think of Florida and a few other states. So in that respect , NO Arkansas is not like FL. And Larry Jegley is not like Angela Corey lol. (over charging) Anyway. No we don't have the televised trials and so forth. That's why we hear so much about the cases say in FL or these other states that do live stream its because those cases the media can keep people glued to their media.. if ya know what I mean. I think some reports, the media may have from early on (the orig missing person report or 1 of them. there were at least 2 deputies, 1 SGT and a Detective listed in Purifoy report. I would think the other 3 filed report also. But I have only seen the 1. I feel like the other 3 state what happened in those "Moments later" then "Moments later" ..

She was divorced in 2011 from this one tho. They do these assessments every year? If there is a loan that may be why she didnt change it.

But there is no law that says she has to take the name Jackson off the assessment. I fail to see why this is a big deal. Like I said, I have been divorced and I didn't contact everything in the world and change my name. She had her name listed as Lowery Jackson. It is a pain to have to change your name, most places you have to go to and take a copy of your divorce decree. Her assessments would stay in the name her loan was in and there was no need to change the name. It just seems like all this is nit picking. So what if she had garnishments. I wouldn't think that would be usual for a single mother. So what if she didn't remove Jackson from her assessment. Does that make her a killer? And I really am not directing this at you, it just seems that the most crazy things have been discussed.

I agree on that. She got div in 2011 and that Santa FE is a 2011 so she prob got it when she was married and like you say didn't get her name changed on the loan.

Still I do wonder if she listed on the Public Defender paper work...

OK this could fall under the rumor category, maybe NJ or Butler could enlighten us on the subject, but on the Prayers for Beverly fb page someone had posted that they were reading AL's fb just before it was taken down and that he went on about "how he had to buy her a car because the father of her children took it and couldn't believe anyone would do that to a mother" Could be just rumor.
ETA:I just looked back at it. Posted under a 9/30 comment and the poster may have been referring to AL's former wife. (He had another wife at the end of 2013??.. I cannot keep up with all these multiple marriages and kids every so many months with this cast of characters) Anyways, she said just prior to the car comment: "I was on it last night wherein he seemed to be in love and "married" to someone else at the end of 2013."

I remember reading that, but I was thinking (been a while now) but I THINK he was talking about AM being who he bought the care for. Remb she had small children. But I do think that was another relationship. Lordy he had a few running along there in very short period of time. LOOK at just what all the women SINCE AUG 2013! Wow! And what was it $53K or something he go form settlement? Spent $17K for that dbl wide and sole it in Feb so got some of that $ back. has had 2 motorcycles, those 2 late model veh, who knows what else. Blowing money and not replenishing it it goes fast. No, those things don't make one a killer. But some of the things talked about could be possible motive towards some of the charges this Married lady charged with Capital Murder and Kidnapping as well as the other charge of Theft (we assume its the phone but haven't seen it in official documents).

I will answer the garnishments part of your question, as I am who posted it. It shows she had some kind of $ issue. IF that is her, which I believe it is. LEO have already alluded to possibility of Ransom. JMHO

I don't think you have to list an item that is less than a specific amount. Plus, it didn't look like the 2001 car was running. I would think if it had been she would have pawned it or sold it. I am sure she had a loan on the 2011 and it has probably been repoed, so really nothing to put on the paperwork.

This was the girlfriend that he had living with him back this time last year. Remember he got $53,000 in a settlement while he was in prison. So he had that money waiting on him when he was released in August of 2013.

I don't think you have to list an item that is less than a specific amount. Plus, it didn't look like the 2001 car was running. I would think if it had been she would have pawned it or sold it. I am sure she had a loan on the 2011 and it has probably been repoed, so really nothing to put on the paperwork.

The 2002 Galant, if it was running (tagged) she would have to pay personal property taxes on it. If its not running (example trans went out) and your not driving it, I am not sure if you still have to assess it or not. As far as listing on the Public Defender paperwork I am not sure. I would think it would show as an expense since you have a loan on it. I gonna see if I can find a copy of one of those forms, just curious.

A good friend of mine works for the Public Defenders office here in TN, and I know she has to personally go and meet with each applicant and go over everything with them. Here I think, if you own something of less than a $2,500 value you don't have to list it. I wouldn't imagine that car was worth that much. I have never lived any place that you had to pay tax on something unless you were getting a tag and driving it, but each state is different. Maybe they told her it was not something she needed to list. I mean what good would the car do the court? They are not equipped to sell off automobiles. As to the one with the loan, she may have already been in default and with a capital murder charge known it was going back. It sure sounds like she is indigent.
