He had an arrest for failure to appear last year (booking photo in the link, a copy of photo attached). Inmate Detail - Phillips, Corey Dwayne I'm not sure what the original charge was that resulted in the failure to appear. His arrest history in that county just shows a felony theft charge in 2014.
