When someone goes missing in Clay County Arkansas, it's a big deal, but it depends on who the person is. This guy seemed to be a bit unhinged or experiencing mental health issues, especially if he was carrying a gun and suicidal. That's a rural area with open spaces, lakes, etc. Someone may have made him disappear. There are two others missing in that area: George McGinnis and Ernie Earls. Earls has been missing the longest, since 1987. He got into a vehicle with an unknown person and has never been heard from again. McGinnis was last seen walking on Hwy 49 and disappeared. I wouldn't be surprised if he was hit by car or some kind of debris and fell into a hole. I don't know if authorities or anyone actually searched for him?
